A  dimsum  lunch  reminiscent  of  the  good old  time in Hong Kong!Though this dimsum place is surely not an old one, the style reminds me of the old-fashioned cha lau as you can’t make orders, but you can just get the dimsums you like from the trolleys moving around.-This char siu puff pastry is awesome! The char siu is sweet with some carbonated edges. Then the puff pastry wrap is so buttery and crispy!-The pork knuckles marinated with fermented bean curd are absolutely amazing!
