最近收工起銅鑼灣搵咗間呢間餐廳,好多上班都黎食。我地2個人點咗3個炒小菜同1個蒸點,分別係招牌辣椒炒肉、雞汁油豆腐、紅蘿蔔炒肉和清炒絲瓜。道先炒小菜招牌辣椒炒肉和紅蘿蔔炒肉都係惹味之選,辣椒嘅香氣配合鮮嫩肉片,炒製得非常有鑊氣,送飯一流。而雞汁油豆腐則吸收了大量咗雞汁嘅精華,每一啖都充滿鮮甜味,口感味道都吸引~相比之下,青炒絲瓜則是相對清淡的選擇,少油的烹調方式保留了食材的原味,食起嚟清新怡人,適合喜愛清淡口味的食客。這裡主打湘菜的風味,以蒸的烹飪方式保留食材的原味。店員對辣的菜式特別推薦,如果你能夠接受辣味嘅挑戰,不妨試試佢哋嘅招牌菜,絕對不會令你失望。雖然我們呢次未試到聽老顧客推薦的蕃茄炒蛋,但下次一定要早點來,期待能品嚐到這道招牌菜。Read More

今日收工同朋友喺銅鑼灣搵食,佢帶我去咗間幾特別嘅湘菜館「蒸劉記」。呢度唔係一般重油重辣嘅湖南菜,主打蒸餸,全部細細碟,啱晒我哋呢啲想試多款但又食唔多嘅人。價錢真係幾平,十幾蚊起到五十幾蚊都有。我叫左蕃茄炒蛋、辣椒炒牛肉同蒸陽幹魚。先上枱係蕃茄炒蛋,賣相普通但食落有驚喜,蛋炒得滑溜,蕃茄酸甜適中,有啲似阿媽煮嘅味道。辣椒炒牛肉嘅牛肉切得薄身,醃得入味,辣椒唔算好辣但夠香口,送飯一流。最正係蒸陽幹魚,魚肉蒸得剛熟,肉質結實得嚟唔會韌,面頭鋪咗辣椒,簡單但鮮味突出。一定要配佢哋嘅蒸白飯,米飯粒粒分明,軟硬適中,同啲餸菜特別夾。食得多兩餸飯,都可以轉下食呢間,喺銅鑼灣呢個地段算好抵食。雖然環境唔算豪華,但食物有住家菜感覺,食完成個人暖笠笠。Read More
