,蒲鍋日式燒肉火鍋專門店 以前我倆都去過而且覺得OK,所以都介紹比D朋友試下。我地6個人BOOK左八點鐘。一去到就有刺身同一板海膽(送的),但係D海膽唔係咁新鮮囉:(我地Order左 羊架、和牛、牛肉片、牛肋骨、牛柳粒、牛舌、羊架、雞軟骨、豬頸肉、豬腩肉、三文魚魚腩、多春魚、金菇、魷魚、海蝦、雞脾菇、冬菇、茄子(Order紙上面有的都幾乎都有點),但本人覺得如果可以有再多D選擇就好lu:( 每樣都好新鮮, 全部食物沒有醃過的,再以自己的口味調味,可以食到本身食物的味道且有BBQ的風味!唔會好似一般的韓國燒烤,把食物醃到唔知自己食緊係牛定羊定係豬。(這是我比較喜愛蒲鍋日式燒肉火鍋專門店的原因)…Read More

….佢竟然識自己囄到九龍城廣場??!!繞場一週後就揀咗哩間剛巧路過的火鍋燒烤店, 一入座已經問係咪第一次幫襯; 答完yes 後, D詳細講解詳細到你唔信….. 我哋揀咗兩小時燒烤放題:1.Order 紙可重複五次環保再用, 如須下單第六次; 會給另一張Order 紙。2.火爐以V形design (無煙的效果), 外旁係最猛火; 放置厚肉唔易熟的食物最佳。 內向係最小火, 放置薄肉容易熟的食物最佳。3.楪上3種醬汁, 有燒烤醬、辣醬、唔記得嘜 (皆因無點)!! 枱上旁邊還有鹽、豉油、七味粉、黑糊椒粉。4.飲品有汽水啤酒任點。食物有很多款, 只記得好似order咗牛肉片、牛肋骨、牛柳粒、牛舌、羊架、雞軟骨、豬頸肉、豬腩肉、三文魚魚腩、多春魚、花支片、魷魚、海蝦、雞脾菇、冬菇、茄子、栗米。 加送每人有一份M9和牛及原粒帶子, 並有三文魚 + 八爪魚刺身及三文魚 + 熟蝦壽司。每樣都好新鮮, 但吃過M9和牛後

幾個月前去都好地地, 前晚去咗就鬧到冇停囗, 列點如下:1 牛肉: 舊時係有些少雪花嘅,而家淨係得頭盆俾幾塊加所謂日本帶子,以後加單嘅牛肉就同火腿冇分別, 仲好碎濕濕,cut cost 之作2 雞翼: 十隻雞翼五隻有雞毛, 有啲仲長到4cm 3 魷魚: 以前啲貨色都算ok ,而家用果啲係由裏到外都係粉紅色果種, 膠味甚重, cut cost 之作 x24 豉油: 有「浸」酸味5 飯: 最離譜之作, 晚市白飯係凍, 同佢投訴再換, 5分鍾後果碗飯竟然果碗都好似俾火燒過咁,微波爐係佢好幫手,連煲飯都冇誠意,最後都冇食總結: 成本增加大家都知, 要保持食物質量而適量調高$$係可接受,但佢哋做食肆做到咁,不如係屋企炒股票!(這次唯一好處係真係食得好少, 自己都唔覺有熱氣丨…Read More
