今日我來介紹一家本身位於長沙灣,現已搬到現址的串燒店,萍姐我地都大大話話都食左差唔多十四年喇,食過附近其他串燒,唔係燒定有人叫就翻燒,就係醃得唔入味,或者係入貨整定果隻垃圾串燒,而家黎到新舖,我就梗係繼續撐啦。萍姐呢度入左舖,光猛晒,有冷氣又坐得唔迫,間房應該都可以坐十個人左右。萍姐呢度d野食醃得入味,冇雪味,全部自己人手串,而調味經過咁耐時間既意見洗禮已經冇起初咁鹹,明爐燒串燒燒得剛剛好,一般唔會太燶唔會生。呢度有各式串燒、韮菜、娃娃菜呢D係做串燒既基本啦,燒起唔會乾仲好多汁。海鮮如果新鮮,實在係冇理由出事,燒生蠔係啱啱好熟,唔會乾晒水,隻蠔多汁又飽滿又Creamy,但老闆好有心機燒,冇一次黎食係唔掂嘅。串燒安格斯牛柳粒係呢度皇牌雙雄之一、咁厚肉已經喺串燒界黎講係甚少有,厚肉多汁牛味濃更加係難能可貴,黎得絕對要食。雞皮除非太燶,如果唔係唔會唔得。我個人黎講鍾意細中翼多d,冇咁大隻可以食多d其他野,雞翼皮脆香口,正!還有值得一提既係,另一皇牌雙雄呀,今次唔記得影燒,出黎皮脆肉嫩多汁香口,自己一個宵夜可以叫老闆免剪,肉汁鎖得仲好,又係另一種享受,而剪開亦方便一口口慢慢食,都係點都要叫。combo set 係雞髀皇扒加串燒安格斯牛柳,搭串燒娃娃菜消消滯,再用條藍妹作結下下火。今次記得點,原條原汁原味,葱蒜比例唔會太搶味,有燒香亦有汁甜。燒秋刀唔腥,有調味,不過我本身唔太好,所以麻麻,但對比起多卵魚,我會比較推薦,不過我自己會比較鍾意燒鮮魚多d燒豆卜,燒吊片,食完主力多水多汁,就係時候吹吓水,食吓呢d佐酒小食,豆卜真係會食落卜卜聲,仲有好強烈烤豆味。燒吊片就吹水飲酒絕對唔可以冇既野今次就食左呢d,因為餐牌都多左野食,冇叫晒新加既,今次食住咁多先啦!新搬黎可能未有咁多人識,同埋廚房唔同左,冇咁大煙,反而搞到萍姐佢地冇左最有效既宣傳方法,希望行過既人唔知係咩都上一上OPENRICE呢度,望一望食評睇睇, 咁就知冇幾正喇。…Read More
