唸住坐船出海去睇下白海豚,點知失望而回。個人熱熱地又攰攰地,想搵地方坐下之際,經過呢間豆腐花鋪,見入面有位又有冷氣,於是入去歇一歇,食碗冰凍豆腐花。入到去,見到原來發哥都有幫襯過喎~ 豆腐花餐牌都竟然有中英文對照,睇黎都有唔少外國人黎呢度。每張枱都有黃糖/糖水,任君選擇~ 山水豆腐花$15/碗 (凍) - 豆腐花好冰凍,食左即刻透心涼。但豆腐花入口唔算好滑,食落無乜黃豆香味。但呢度勝在服務好,叫左兩碗就坐左半個鐘,侍應都無黑面情況。 continue reading

約了幾個朋友今天去了一趟大澳一天遊。車程坐在了50分鐘。大家都感覺非常肚餓了。所以一落車我們隨即搵嘢食。路經過發現一間小店門口擺放很多外賣美食,大大粒的魚蛋 $12/2粒 加埋㗎喱醬汁極可口。腸粉$20/份,燒賣一串$10 及鵪春蛋 $10雖然只是普通的小吃,但帶來很多皃童回憶!又其是個豉油醬汁好好味!跟著再掃街繼續行。 continue reading

吉慶街的店舖十點半仍未營業,故轉戰街市街和永安街「掃街」,第一站先去華鎽店。大澳沙爆魚肚$40可選沙嗲醬或蝦醬,我們要了前者,味道卻不太像沙嗲,既不香辣也不太濃味。魚肚含豐富膠原蛋白,本身沒甚麽味道,因此一般要用上湯熬煮或淋上濃味醬汁同吃。魚肚預先用沙爆過,成一鬆脆的白色大塊,剪成細塊上枱,再混入濃稠醬汁同吃,軟腍夠味,惜小妹不太欣賞也,且頗貴。特大魚蛋$12/2粒,咬下去質感爽彈,遠比長洲魚蛋為佳!當然,所謂魚蛋,乃粉漿和調味料的混合物也。菠蘿冰$8乃把新鮮菠蘿切成塊狀後,急凍而成冰菠蘿,冰凍帶菠蘿香氣,沒有浸過糖水,故不太甜,夏日消暑恩物也! continue reading

大澳一日遊,山長水遠來到, 除了觀光之外,當然離不開覓食。選擇平日來到無需同人迫,可以做到真正的「慢」遊 · 大澳,但卻不能以參考人群指數來估計食店的好味程度,唯有隨心選擇碰碰運氣吧!大澳除了出名炭燒雞蛋仔外,還可隨處看到其他炭燒小食,例如炭燒魷魚丶炭燒魚春丶炭燒蝦乾...... 總之什麼也可以炭燒一番。事實上無論什麼食物加上「炭燒」二字,總可以即時喚醒你的味蕾,令你難以抗拒。眾多炭燒食物之中,我選擇了賴尿蝦亁,$15 約有20隻,炭燒過後看上去有點兒又瘦又乾,第一口咬落去感覺又硬又韌,需要與他角力般地咀嚼才能夠換取微微的鮮甜及鹹香味道,還是喜歡用回蒸的方法來佐飯。 continue reading
