To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左條蒸魚寫明20分鐘，問埋員工話20分鐘一定有。点知等左45分鐘走去問都話未得，後尾趕時間話唔要，個收銀女人衝出黎係感大聲鬧我地話趕時間咪食啦，以後唔好黎。真係不知所謂，明明自己錯竟然重大大聲

茶魚飯後是一家街坊茶餐廳，我經常同屋企人或自己一個食,今晚自己一個人又走左去食他們的常餐,當中嘅常餐我最愛點 韓風辛泡麵 配豬柳漢堡、蟹棒、鮑汁片、煙肉和煎蛋，樣樣都有,極為豐富。麵條彈牙有嚼勁，係用辛辣麵，微辣非常開胃，豬柳煎得香脆，仲有蟹棒和鮑汁片吃起來非常美味，鮑汁片彈牙爽口，煙肉和煎蛋是這道常餐的點睛之筆。煙肉煎得香脆，帶有微微的煙燻味，非常美味。煎蛋則是經典的搭配，蛋黃鬆軟流動，增添了豐富口感。

呢間茶餐廳開咗一段時間，但見佢個價錢以街坊茶記嚟講都唔平，所以都好少幫襯。呢次經開呢頭，適逢想食下午茶就入咗去。睇睇餐牌，發現原來係銀龍集團，唔怪之得下午茶餐都唔平，所以都係求其叫個魚蛋粉就算。叫個侍應阿姐嚟落單，問佢包唔包飲品，佢竟然唔應我，之後我哋兩個人就求其叫咗一個下午茶餐同一碗魚蛋粉，個阿姐成個過程一粒聲都唔出兼黑面，落完單即刻轉頭走咗，期間見到佢行開第二度做嘢時響度口噏噏好似好多勞騷咁，到食物上枱時又係頗粗魯😤食物普通、價錢偏貴、服務態度又差，唔明點解仲做得住，一次就夠唔會再有下次！

年廿七起話新春價,雲吞面加飲品,收55蚊,好過份,年初五已經要正常返工,仲係收咁嘅錢,簡直靠搶,新年加幾蚊價合理,比平日加左15蚊,晚間新春小菜80幾蚊個餸,仲要加12蚊先有湯同白飯飲品,成百蚊食一餐,根本收唔起咁嘅價錢,等人盲中中入去做水魚
