13/4/2025 星期日,又係九龍城一年一度嘅「潑水節」,梗係要嚟湊熱鬧啦。首先搵食醫肚先,唔想每次都係食泰國菜,今日見到呢間食台灣料理,-於試吓啦!我哋坐近窗邊位,望到「宋皇台地鐵站出口」,如果搭地鐵嚟的話,就確係方便。點餐可以由店員落單,佢係直接喺餐牌上剔落單。我哋叫咗兩款麵,有配菜(花生,雲耳,青瓜酸酸地增加食慾。)肉燥湯麵,配料有鹵水蛋半隻,夠飽口。肉燥花枝丸湯麵,花枝丸有口感,好食。另外加滷水蛋一隻😋蔥油生菜一碟,生菜新鮮,醬料蔥油香口。烙椒雞中翼一客,皮脆肉滑,微辣,夠惹味,正。飲品:蜜桃烏龍茶,胚芽珍珠奶茶🧋值得推介的小店。提一提,現時是試業期間,只收現金💰。 continue reading

見到試業期間門口有人排隊,梗係去試吓,不過我哋等咗3分鐘左右就已經有位。牛肉嘅份量都足夠,老實講都算多,但係非常咸,係無牛味得咸味。白蘿蔔同紅蘿蔔都唔夠淋,應該話未煮透。湯底同麵都一般,唯一加分位係有少少配菜,啲配菜仲好食過個麵。黑糖珍珠奶茶有得少甜,但茶味唔夠,要另外加12蚊。價錢唔平,質素一般,啲牛係咸到食唔到,好失望。朋友嘅牛肉飯都係食左少少就食唔到,牛肉咸到咁驚食完要洗腎,個湯都係得咸味,廚師真係好浪費食物。最後,好少餐廳lunch time要加一,覺得好唔值,無下次。 continue reading
