星期五一行六人諗住去呢間酒樓食lunch,朝早一早打去book位,指明唔好安排坐房,因為之前去過兩三次都係坐房,開左冷氣等於冇開,冷風機又唔可以吹到全部人,個個大汗揼細汗咁食飯,所以專登早啲book位,要求唔好安排坐房,職員回答到時會安排坐位。去到酒樓,職員竟然依然安排我地坐二樓嗰間冇冷氣嘅房,我地話唔坐,想走人,職員極力留客,call落一樓搵支援,話如果食小菜可以坐上三樓,但我地食套餐只可以坐二樓,因為一樓爆滿左(因為係三層入面冷氣最充足嘅一層)。當時其實二樓仲有好多吉枱,但職員都唔俾我地坐其他枱,最後講左一陣先免為其難俾我地坐一張十幾人嘅大枱,話有機會要搭枱,其實一直都冇話過唔想搭枱,係佢地唔安排我地坐任何一張未有人嘅枱!坐低左,落單叫左六個套餐,湯、白飯、前菜同小菜都陸續送到,過左幾個字,5個餐都黎齊,都差唔多食飽,係爭一碟炒四季豆未到,催左一次,話黎緊,過左一陣,個傳菜(都係頭先安排座位嗰個侍應)捧左幾碟小菜出黎,包括一碟炒四季豆,但送左去另一枱,咁我地再叫個呢個侍應黎,問我地碟四季豆黎未,問佢頭先嗰碟點解唔係我地嘅,佢話「呢碟四季豆係人地個枱號嘅,唔係你地架」,WHAT???? 我地追緊嗰碟四季豆係我地叫先嘅,咁就算有下一枱人叫四季豆都應該係按返先後次序俾客人啦!不過佢都送左俾另一枱客,都冇辦法,惟有再等,隔多一個字左右,重覆情況出現,再次叫嗰個侍應問佢,佢都係咁樣答,我地再講返lunch返公司遲到要扣錢都完全漠視,最後侍應再加多句「如果呢碟俾左你地,啲冧把咪亂晒囉,傻豬」真係火都黎埋,我地即刻話叫你經理黎,因為經理咁啱喺佢隔離,我地要投訴啦,簡單講返件事,同時間廚房又出左一碟另一枱客嘅四季豆,經理二話不說叫嗰個侍應俾左我地先,個侍應仲豬到俾返張枱號紙個經理,好似唔識點做咁,個經理話「你自己拎住記住呢枱客未有四季豆啦」,最後個經理講左唔好意思,話佢啲同事係咁,我都忍唔住回返句「你要教下佢地點做野啦!」。碟四季豆,足足用左40分鐘先送到我地張枱,當中仲要又催又嘈佢地先肯俾。如果我地唔嘈,碟四季係絕對等佢地地收舖都唔會送黎!first come first serve應該唔會只係講緊入座嗰一刻丫,同款食物應該都係first come first serve架嘛?!唔會係因為你呢個侍應記唔到野搞到啲單亂晒而要客人等嗰碟屬於我個枱號嘅嗰碟餸呀嘛?!:(呢餐飯,食左個幾鐘,一半時間就係等緊碟四季豆!食左一肚氣!本身食物質素係ok嘅,但總括黎講,如果你可以忍受到啲服務水平咁低嘅酒樓,你可以繼續將佢放入你嘅list度,但一行六人都認為:不了!食物水準是可以的,不過不失,前兩次光顧有點心可選,比較好味,這次光顧點心不再,換來的是前菜,選擇少了,味道沒有點心的好吃。Read More

想喺上環食中菜,唔想去酒樓想有返啲質素, 嚟呢度都幾唔錯。第一次嚟呢度食飯,三人行揀咗個二人餐,另外加多個菠蘿咕嚕肉小菜,分量絕對夠。二人餐有兩碗湯,冇味精清清地,有個芝士龍蝦(炒米底)主食,米粉炒得乾身唔會好油,龍蝦鉗已經開咗,方便客人進食。 芝士唔算好濃但亦唔會好膩,總括嚟講都幾好食。另外個餐可以揀兩個餸,我哋揀咗麻辣雞煲同埋菜螃蟹。雞煲嘅雞比較多骨少肉,味道一般。賽螃蟹就幾好食,蛋白炒得好滑,唔會太鹹又唔會太淡,岩岩好。由於個餐係無跟白飯,本來我哋想加多個炒飯,但係原來每碟份量都幾大,所以就冇加。只係加咗個菠蘿咕嚕肉,鑊氣當然冇得同大排檔比, 勝在酸甜度適中,無骨,新鮮呢度廚房收10點,如果想加餸就要10:00前落單。三個人最後埋單$8xx,想搵間舒舒服服食中菜,唔使去酒樓咁嘈,味道又唔錯,可以去呢度試下。Read More

之前食過主打京滬菜的京.花朝已經覺得質素頗高,今次的花朝.駿宮跟前者是同一集團,但卻是主打粵菜,所以菜式較為貼近港人口味。*****************花朝.駿宮位於酒店內,店面比一般中菜館感覺較為乾淨企理。晚市有套餐也有單點,二人套餐由$368至$598,包小吃、雞、燉湯和兩個小菜,另可可錢追加海鮮菜式,如果人少少都算多野食而已幾抵食,不過套餐內的小菜款式都比較普通,所以最後我們就決定單點。茶芥每位$12,沒有花生等小吃收費,定價位理。杏仁原燉白肺湯($188)白肺湯非常足料份量亦多,一盅可分到十碗,足夠4至6人享用。白肺湯內有白肺、豬肉和雞腳,湯不會太油,帶點黏度,白肺洗得乾淨,非常入味。黃金焗鮮魷($118)鮮魷炸漿厚薄適中,鹹蛋味非常重,邪惡又美味。黑風流沙包($32)最近流行這款竹炭流沙包,黑色的包皮配金色的劃花的確幾吸睛。流沙包流心效果出色,鹹蛋黃味亦突出,流沙包迷必點。自家XO醬翡翠蝦球($228)海鮮類菜式都要二百元起跳,絕不便宜,不過這個蝦球卻交足功課,蝦球爽彈結實,用XO醬炒鹹鹹辣辣很惹味,不面還以菜心墊底。日本青芥牛柳粒($128)牛柳粒肉質軟嫩,青芥味剛剛好不會太嗆鼻,只是略嫌醬有點過多。大澳鹹魚枝竹滑雞煲($128)雞煲內有滑雞、冬菇、枝竹和豆卜,非常足料,雞肉都算嫩滑,豆卜和枝竹吸收了醬汁的味道,冬冬菇亦夠軟腍,整體不錯。香煎肉絲兩麵黃($108)兩麵黃煎得夠脆又不會過硬,非常香口。總結,食物做得出色,雖然單點小菜沒有套餐抵食,但菜式較多選擇之餘,款式又特別,個人覺得人多最好單點。Read More

這間位於上環的花朝.駿宮,主要以廣東菜為主,有多款傳統的廣東功夫菜,但價錢又唔算貴,正常酒樓晚飯價錢。花朝鮮蝦多士蝦多士配上酸甜醬,多士鬆脆,加上彈牙花膠。杏汁原盎燉白肺湯雖說只有三至四人份量,但每人都可以飲到至少兩碗多,豬肺湯有些雞腳及豬肉等材料,豬肺煲到很腍,湯底濃郁鮮甜,有淡淡的杏仁香味。黃金焗鮮魷黃金系列雖然很邪惡,但每次見到都必點,鮮魷炸至金黃色,表面撈上了咸蛋王,甘香可口。美國士多啤梨骨豬肋骨炸至帶脆,但依然保留了肉汁而且肉質鬆化,表面淋上了士多啤梨醬,有點酸甜開胃。黑金流沙包流沙包即叫即蒸,中間的奶皇醬熱辣辣呈流心狀,蛋王香味十足,而且不會太甜。Read More

個人都好喜歡飲茶,有時有朋友星期六都要上班,自己岀開去會搵佢地食個午餐,佢就話有時Lunch會成班同事嚟呢到食,今日就帶我嚟食。環境位於酒店之下,環境安靜,餐廳亦不算大,但可能冷氣唔夠,較多小蚊滋。有機鮮茄野菌魚湯浸唐生菜 $45份量都可以,價錢就貴少少,岀街食得多少食菜所以叫碟食下,都幾新鮮清甜。花雕酒原隻鮑魚(二隻起) $48落單有誤會,由於兩隻起叫,咁就點餐紙寫左個2字,即係要2隻,但係嚟左4隻要就話落左我2份,師傅以為2隻為1份,收我$48x4隻既錢,話岀咗食物唔收得返,好無奈地2隻變4隻。但鮑魚醃得幾好食,十分重陳皮香又帶點花雕酒味,而且煙韌彈牙,可一試。原隻鮑魚燒賣 $38/2粒細粒鮑魚,鮑魚腍身少少,而燒賣係蝦燒賣幾彈牙。金湯小籠包 $30有3個,比起上嚟好似比較抵食,好貼心地個底有塊紅蘿蔔墊住,等你夾起時帶承托力唔會咁易穿。入面都幾多湯汁,肉應該本身加入薑,所以醬油冇薑絲都食到有薑味,皮厚度可接受。黑金流沙包 $30成日見人地打卡影相食黑色既流沙包,自己未試過,見到呢到有就叫嚟試下。估計係竹炭整成黑色,食落冇特別既味,可惜包身比較硬,而流心餡就做得不錯,有沙沙口感。沙律大蝦角 $35入面大蝦彈牙,略嫌外層炸皮油溢左少少同厚左啲。即焗酥皮蛋撻 $28本身叫燕窩蛋撻,原來店員又搞錯落左普通酥皮蛋撻,落左就照食。蛋幾滑,外層都夠脆,唯牛油香未夠重。總括而言,可能主要做酒店客人,地理位置未算方便,價錢偏貴少少,食物中規中矩,係落單需要注意一下。附:餐牌Read More
