🐻樹熊熊妹今日難得地一齊放假,難得地樹熊竟然唔訓覺下午無喇喇浦頭話陪熊妹去熊妹最愛的茶記飯堂《老鳳冰室》歎個下午茶,真係令到熊妹好興奮。📌《老鳳冰室》位於深水埗基隆街,係一條深水埗著名美食街。📌以復古風情為主題,有著舊日香港冰室的裝潢,掛有懷舊雙妹嘜👯的畫像🖼,非常經典情懷。📌下午茶時段4點黎到緊係食個下午茶喇。西多士🥞、餐蛋麵🍜、鮮油多🍞、豬扒沙律🥗等等,典型茶記下午茶迎合香港人口味,價錢由$24-$42,包飲品一杯🍹,絕對抵食。📌夏日炎炎仲新推出左消暑沙律餐,5⃣款沙律中揀2⃣款,然後5⃣款下午茶小食中㨂1⃣款,再包一杯飲品🍵,價錢為$48,愛好沙律的熊妹又點會錯過呢?消暑沙律餐,$48先揀沙律,吞拿魚🐟同碎蛋🥚沙律都係熊妹摯愛,所以選了北寄貝蟹肉碎蛋沙律同吞拿魚粟米火腿扭扭粉。兩款沙律份量都幾多,所有材料就寫哂係個名上,好多沙律醬,唔會太酸,熊妹就係覺得吞拿魚同碎蛋撈沙律醬最夾最好味,冰冷冷,果然消暑一流。下午茶小食方面揀了炸雞脾🍗,因為沙律配雞脾係最夾的。嘩,好大一隻炸雞脾喎!絕不欺場!不過炸粉有點厚,味道有點似KFC叔叔🤡的招牌炸雞味道,雞肉都好嫩滑,咸咸的調味都幾入味,一個人其實有點多食唔哂。西多士,$24樹熊下午茶鍾意食西多士🍞,可以落勁多蜜糖🍯,甜甜的。西多士係典型做法,白麵包浸上蛋汁炸起,陣陣的蛋香好吸引,最好就切成九宮格,細細的一件可以沾滿蜜糖同牛油又易放入口,中間仲夾著花生醬🥜,又糖又油又碳水化合物,卡路里高達800多卡,絕對係非常邪惡高熱量🔥又好味的食物。紅魔鬼雞扒包,$28大食樹熊軀軀一件西多士又點會塞飽到佢個肥肚?熊妹就推介佢試下呢款紅魔鬼雞扒包,其實因為熊妹想試。紅魔鬼👹其實係辣醬,雞扒係炸的,味道同炸雞脾做法差不多,炸皮都有點厚,撈上辣醬幾惹味,包係搽上牛油烘過的豬仔包,仲夾雜左生菜🥬同洋蔥片,🧄,好大一個,幾飽肚。凍檸茶,跟餐價,加$3三份下午茶餐三杯飲品,大食樹熊兩個胃,飲品一杯都不能落格喇。例牌凍檸茶🍹,熊妹的少甜少冰,酸味味,好消濟。📌食左咁多野埋單都係$109,茶記冰室勝在口味大眾化,價廉物美仲要唔洗加一,係物價騰漲🔝的香港城市仲食到咁的價錢而且質素唔差的下午茶餐真係好難得。 continue reading

我地一行3個星期日下午1點前來到,等咗一陣,唔駛等好耐就有位。初初驚會中伏,見但原來好好食架,我地叫咗:1. 蝦多士(真心必叫), 多士唔油膩,餡又夠又唔會只系食炸漿,在酒樓食過好油,又試過其他地方食,冇咩餡,呢度真系好正,而且又有少少沙律跟,平時我好怕食炸嘢既人都食咗好多件。👍👍 2. 沙律燒春雞, 正👍👍肉質ok既,最緊要唔咸,另外佢既醬汁有少少惹味但唔會過咸,我平時唔會點汁,好多餐廳既汁咸到死,反而呢度又唔會過咸👍。沙律都有用新鮮菠蘿真係估佢唔到,沙律都有加新鮮生果👍3. 黑松露海鮮炒飯好好食👍👍份量夠,黑松露又香,飯炒得好好,唔油又唔咸,夠乾,又有沙律菜跟。仔仔都話好好食👍😋總結,呢度啲嘢出品好似西餐廳咁👍😋,睇到佢哋好有心做好啲食物,嘢食唔會咸。有評語話態度差,又唔系呀,冇嘢喎。呢度我地會再encore😁😁 continue reading

門面好懷舊兼且俾人好隆重嘅感覺,講真,唔食嘢都值得入去參觀下,不過咁做係搞搞震冇幫襯,勸大家都係唔好。入到去有一種好堂皇華麗、目不暇給嘅感覺,懷舊特色同搞笑佈置好有心思,應該係個打卡勝地,食嘢之前四圍望已經相當過癮,心情都靚啲,胃口都會好啲。老闆見到你啦,化咗灰都認得你,今次可以食你親手煮嘅保齡球喇。足足等咗佢15分鐘有多,終於做好個海鮮保齡球,講真剛剛見到有啲平凡嘅感覺,不過好戲在後頭。嘩,靚到咁!我先食個保齡球蓋,查咗牛油然後焗,鬆化到入口即溶,麵包香牛油香味四溢。望唔清楚再ZOOM近啲,海鮮保齡球材料有大蝦、蜆肉、魚肉、魷魚、蟹柳,再加咗新鮮蔬菜提供不同口感、氣味、味道同颜色變化,色香味兼賣相俱全冇誇張。以上提及各種海鮮食材大部份都新鮮好味,大蝦有一隻大約直徑一吋半,蜆肉有四五粒大約直徑一厘米半,魚肉有三四塊有些少腥味,但仍不掩蓋魚嘅鮮味,蟹柳就無謂評論,其實提議佢唔放蟹柳仲好,唯一失色嘅係魷魚,口感硬又冇乜味道,有三四塊。整體來講10分足料,而且認真製作,連個包裏面嘅飯都係炒底。個農夫包梗係點美味嘅芝士醬嚟食,分開用細碗裝住,我成個食晒,一般女士相信做唔到,份量相當之大。咁好食嘅嘢我當然用清碟以示對老闆嘅尊重。我知道敬業嘅廚師都最鍾意見到客人清碟。熱奶茶跟個保齡球加$8就有,冷熱同價,口感同細滑度有些少單薄,唔係最好亦都不過不失,份量亦都比一般茶餐廳嘅多。呢餐好滿足,視覺味覺同嗅覺都吃得飽飽,有機會會再去試老闆嘅其他撚手菜式,希望下次都會見到佢坐鎮廚房。 continue reading
