Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日喺深水埗附近買工具 經過基隆街 周邊好多茶餐廳 但我俾一間懷舊冰室吸引住😌名叫《老鳳冰室》🤣所以膽粗粗決定入去試下🤭餐廳裝修喺走懷舊風格🤩 仲不停播放住60/70年代既金曲☺️好正😏令我感覺置身於當時一樣🤣不過店內格局有d迫夾 可能下午茶時間比較多人 好吾容易先搵到張2人枱坐低😵 打開餐牌望到d食物名較為有創意所以店主都好細心 將餐牌上大部分食物添加圖片顯示👍方便食客點餐😉。生炸雞脾焗薯泥(HK$38)熱辣辣嘅炸雞脾 外皮炸到脆卜卜 入面肉質又 juicy😊焗薯泥係用左好細個嘅薯仔製成 薯仔味較濃 再配上肉醬汁淋係面 又幾好味喎🤭。芝士雞扒撈一丁 (HK$48)身為芝士控嘅我 有咩理由可以吾點《芝士雞扒撈一丁》🥸呢個芝士撈丁 主角緊係芝士醬啦🤤店主以秘製方法調配醬汁 令到芝士熱融掛麵 濃郁撲鼻 配搭煙韌彈牙嘅出前一丁攪勻一齊食 芝士入口吾會太咸 再加埋啖啖脆口嘅炸雞扒😋好邪惡啊😈。懷舊雪糕紅豆冰(HK$28 跟餐+ $16)由細到大我都係咁中意飲紅豆冰🥤 呢杯紅豆冰你我暫時飲過最好飲嘅一杯😍 甜度適中 紅豆味濃 又吾會太重椰奶味 正個份量調配得相當恰當👍比平時一般嘅紅豆冰多加左一層cream 仲有3粒糯米糍添🥳 而且佢張啤牌係米紙 影相打完卡 仲可以食埋落肚🤣大大杯 份量足夠 超抵飲😎。食物:7.5/10價錢:7/10環境:6/10。良記餐廳(老鳳冰室)深水埗基隆街216號地舖 continue reading

筆者很多時都只喜愛西餐,今次去咗深水埗睇到Li間冰室膽粗粗入去試下。見到午餐牌有保雲酥羊架,特大德國鹹豬手都好想叫,但兩個人午餐似乎太多了。再睇貝到蝦多士,好耐冇食,唔理咁多叫咗個蝦多士先,再叫個芝士雞亦撈丁啦(好似冇咁heavy),再叫個午餐蛋包飯。蝦多士個樣唔錯,食落好好味。個撈丁D芝士好正,仲有一件蒜容厚多士,而雞亦是生炸雞亦,點理D芝士汁好似叫咗韓式芝士炸雞咁,好味。一邊食一邊見到人地有D生炸雞脾跟兩種沙律,賣相好靚,又大份,揾咗好耐先見有個叫消暑沙律餐下次再去一定再叫。食晒後忍唔往叫埋個鹹豬手打包返屋企做晚餐! continue reading

去到深水埗有好多茶餐廳 不得不提呢間位於基隆街的懷舊冰室。呢間冰室設計懷舊, 用上很多懷舊特色的佈置。 仿似置身於70年代的香港。咪當我老鳳呢句說話係70年代香港大行其道的口頭禪。嚟到呢度緬懷 一番風味之後我哋就 食個下午茶。我首先叫咗個芝士奄列 飲杯熱 好立克。芝士奄列 的芝士醬 很重芝士味 配上小小忌廉 行得來帶點甜 忌廉的嫩滑帶出芝士 的 鮮味, 個奄列個蛋 炒得好滑溜 蛋黃味濃郁。今年內裏有好多火腿, 配上嫩滑的炒蛋 非常之 夾。 除下午茶餐仲有半塊 方包。方包烘 到外脆內軟, 配上芝士醬 非常之match.最後飲返一杯 濃味的好立克. 埋單34元 算係超值啦 continue reading
