Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行勻福榮華、汝州、鴨記……去到基隆見棚架下有間望落看似不甘平凡嘅茶記,腳仔都軟,都要入去喇。Mix咗啲七八十年代風味嘅裝潢擺設。餐牌總算唔係嗰啲腌悶選擇,我揀咗「安格斯牛腩湯米線」、追加「3.6牛乳炒蛋肉醬焗薯泥」。牛腩係碎腩,餐牌雖有辣椒指示但全無辣感無需過慮,唔特別有牛味;炒蛋幾滑,係個薯泥好死實亦略嫌唔夠薯味。最錯係口多補錢叫左杯特飲菠蘿冰,用咗我最怕嘅車厘子糖水,似足西醫咳水味,菠蘿亦冇香甜味似罐頭菠蘿,中伏感頓出。距離我理想嘅早餐味道似乎仲有段距離。 continue reading

🍞黑松露炒蛋多士 $38多士擺底時聽到隔離枱個男仔話點解咁大陣菇味😂可見佢真係好濃郁 炒蛋真係好厚食得出用咗唔少牛油炒 加埋上面大量嘅黑松露醬好滿足但都幾膩。比較建議同朋友分如無意外都唔會再嗌佢啦因為試過3次每次翻屋企都肚痛。 continue reading

老鳳冰室感覺比較懷舊,食物好抵食!有湯麵、芝士撈丁、焗飯、炒粉麵等等既野食,而呢度最特別既,一定係menu入面既“保齡球”🎳就咁睇個名都唔知係乜,但係呢個真係必試!勁正勁好食👍  1⃣️焗安格斯牛腩保齡球($68)用麵包裝住既焗飯😍麵包焗得勁香脆!食落喀喀聲!仲另外比多兜芝士汁用黎點麵包食🧀️牛腩夠淋而且同啲醬汁焗得好香🤤入面啲飯同埋麵包完全比醬汁覆蓋曬勁邪惡勁正🥰  2⃣️雪菜豬扒上海湯麵配牛乳炒蛋多士($38)呢個好抵食!豬扒大大件,味道冇乜特別,有炸過再浸落碗麵到。食落豬扒唔會乾鞋,亦都有適當調味過,上海麵算多,配埋雪菜同買肉碎一齊食,幾香bor😲呢個價錢仲包多個牛乳炒蛋多士,多士搽上牛油再烘過,個邊烘得幾脆😚配埋炒蛋一齊食,好滿足。   continue reading
