To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我心目中老鳳茶餐廳是間好有心思的小店,從室內裝修至食物,會感受到它既懷舊又創新。小店室內環境不大,牆上掛有懷舊相片和霓虹燈。餐牌是以懷舊信封設計,十分有趣,打咭一流!餐廳雖然是茶記但食物種類及設計花上不少心思。有多款沙律餐,自家製回鍋肉,還有我最愛的芝士保齡球。芝士焗生炸雞脾保齡球保齡球是大大農夫包,麵包焗得很鬆脆。炸鷄脾大大隻,皮脆肉滑。麵包中間還有芝士焗炒飯,我欣賞這部份,外間餐廳多是放醬汁但時間—長,麵包吸收了過多醬汁太淋就不能吃。用炒飯代替主意十分好!既可以慢慢吃,不用怕麵包過淋又飽肚。炒飯有蛋及 蔬菜,加上芝士其實不用另加芝士汁已經好好味! continue reading

在疫情下餐飲業已經相當艱難。今天五點左右在深水埗吃晚飯,發覺冰室門口有好多人排隊,原來自從一月起,為了幫助基層市民,已經開始每天派250個飯。值得稱讚👍👍👍這裏的服務也值得一讚,我們入到冰室,服務員(可能是老闆娘)告訴我們由於是派飯時間,下單可能會慢十多分鐘。作為顧客,完全感受到他們服務熱誠。看著她們在門口派飯,有人打尖有人投訴,自己睇都覺得頭痛,但見他們非常專業的解釋和繼續派飯,非常之有效率,轉眼間已經將250個飯盒派完。值得再次稱讚👍👍👍。為了支持一下小店,點了兩個比較貴的晚餐,賣相同味道都一流,買單也只是$212。只能用三個字去形容,平靚正。值得再三稱讚👍👍👍 continue reading

深水埗其實港式茶餐廳 真係一街都係經過見到依間 入面裝修幾有特色 好有懷舊味道 就決定入去試試我中午時段自己一個去食人數大約7成滿到我見佢有好多特色最後我就決定左叫左生炸雞批焗飯黎試試點知個雞批係同個焗飯係分開上既有好有品好啦 好處就係個雞批唔會淋灑味道方面 個生炸雞批 黎到果時我都有d surprise 因為佢炸到成日KFC炸雞咁味道方面 因為佢係生炸 肉汁都較多不過個人就覺得佢炸到乾乾地同唔似係茶餐廳既出品個焗飯就正常茶記貨色 無咩特別埋單56$ 連凍飲 不過不失啦 continue reading

今日既肉夾膜賣曬,所以直接叫左呢度兩樣招牌菜(我一個人黎): 老鳳多士同飛仔華田老鳳多士:同其他多士唔同既地方就係佢上面鋪左黑松露、蕃茄粒、青椒粒同埋芝士,食落幾好味👍🏻而我最欣賞既係份多士炸得夠曬鬆脆,完全係啱啱好😋飛仔華田:杯野平時上面會有cream(但今日冇),coco脆片同星星,最主要係睇下佢懷舊style係點,冇咩特別,味道ok啦~PS: 佢張啤牌其實係淋左既糖餅,唔好食架,感覺食緊甜味既紙🤣下次應該會試波波奶茶🥰 continue reading

想食茶餐廳,搵間幾多like 既,又見呢間好似好有特式,特登來試下。點了個午餐,牛腩蛋包飯,$58。 牛腩份量少,蛋就份量正常,味道幾好。但$58 ,係深水埗區來講有啲偏貴,牛腩好少。餐廳佈置係幾靚,有懷舊特色。但座位好逼,比一般茶餐廳坐得唔舒服。食得茶餐廳,都係想入油,大件夾抵食就最好,裝飾嗰啲無乜所謂吧。而呢間既賣點唔係咁,成間餐廳感覺唔上唔落,野食又無一般茶仔咁抵食,坐又唔舒服。賣懷舊feel,係d牆紙同餐牌個樣ok,我食茶仔就唔係想要呢啲,簡單d,野食正常、坐位ok就可以,裝飾嗰啲我不太在乎。對我,我會覺得呢間係一間唔知想點既茶仔。 continue reading
