To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗咁多好嘢食呀,老鳳嘅絕對唔係以味道最為取勝,但係亦都唔係得個殼啲靚靚裝修。要講一個宗旨呀,我覺得就係研發咗唔同款式嘅美食等你次次嚟食都係食唔同嘅嘢,同時味道又唔差。今次嚟早餐時段嚟嘅,就叫咗個芝士麵,咁味道呀反而都冇韓國嗰啲芝士麵咁好食,始終都係得一片芝士但仍然算係可以試嘅菜式。另外加咗錢食個肉膜,始終熱啦啦整起味道一定唔差但亦都未到有驚喜。同時亦都加錢叫咗個特飲,個樣呀真係好靚仔仲有塊啤牌咁嘅嘢,大大杯朱古力。全部食物都好啱打卡,加埋個環境唔怪得吸引到咁多人嚟試,講真佢嘅食物食三五次都未食得曬。 continue reading

As a foreigner, I am so into those restaurants that full of local culture, especially this one. It used all the nostalgia memories in 1970s as the main theme. I ordered the meat bread, which is similar to the western burger. The meat is using the belly pork meat and the fat is more evenly distributed. Other than that, I also ordered the ball ball milktea. This is astonishingly awesome. The ball ball milk tea is made of classic Hong Kong Style milktea with milktea ice blended so as to prevent the milk tea from being diluted as well as creating unique taste. This is very successful in hitting the market of foreigner. I like it very much. continue reading
