酸菜烤魽魚🐟($218)侍應推薦既烤魽魚,魚骨比較少,食得放心👍🏻,可惜魚肉偏硬,口感麻麻。而個酸菜湯底仲衰,酸菜得個鹹字,辣度又冇😫,個湯唔夠重口,連帶魚肉都唔入味。-藥材雞煲🐔($138)藥材雞煲上枱既時候見到好足料,點知滾起之後試飲一啖,冇味啊大佬😂,得個樣!好彩雞件半隻都幾足料,滾完之後啲肉夠滑夠肥美😍,彌補返湯底啦。-只係叫左炸芋頭做配料,等左半個鐘都未有,最慘係乜?咬落去係酸臭既🙂。仲慘係乜?侍應丫姨堅持話冇問題,係司令食唔慣芋頭陣味😂。冇下次啊唉! continue reading

其實好耐前都想試呢間川菜,但上次嚟見水靜河飛就即刻走人,今次又經過見都有幾枱客喎,即本試吓啦!店員推介孖寶好抵食,咁就食孖寶啦!本來佢哋SET係雞配蒸魚($218)或者係烤魚配花甲/蝦($238),但我哋想食烤魚配蒸龍躉頭腩,店員話無問題,價錢都係收($238)!!真太好!另再加多個辣子雞($78)!!酸菜烤魽魚 - 魽魚煎炸得非常香口,肉質滑溜,魚骨魚頭都好入味。雖然湯底揀小辣但都幾辣吓,味道濃郁。配菜有大豆芽,木耳,少量萵筍,如果可以配埋薯粉會更加好。食到咁上下,個湯汁越來越濃,配菜吸晒精華,所以變得頗咸,其實佢餐牌都有不少火鍋料,如加料打埋火鍋應該不錯,不過我哋得3個人,所以都係留番下次先啦!蒸龍躉頭腩 - 呢個出乎意料之外喦嘅好食,魚肉非常滑溜,味道調配得唔錯,帶有鮮甜味,伴有木耳蒸魚,可以減低油膩感覺。辣子雞 - 味道可以,但又唔係話好出色,辣味唔夠多,呢個辣子雞直頭係雞件,唔係雞丁,我個人覺得大件咗D。可能係雞件關係,會覺得炸得唔夠香脆乾身,如乾身一D應該會比較惹味香口。另外呢度仲有其他小菜同串燒,下次多D人再試試! continue reading

12月31日,打算去吃烤魚興祝新年~ 記得這家“良品”! 剛好這家裝修,說要1月1日才開! 後來致電老闆,他也答應提早一天營業^^ 開心死了!! 這是烤魽魚^^ 這是火鍋底,點了小辣,但辣度很夠了,再辣就吃不了。味道湯底做得不錯,未吃都流口水>< 不過,魽魚比較無魚肉,魚骨香口,但就無肉感! 感覺就是魚骨魚骨跟魚骨 條魚貴了一點點~~這個一定要點來吃!! 我叫了2碟了!! 這是紅薯粉~~ 粗的才好吃~~ 放入辣湯入面煮一煮,1分鐘食得^^ 滑滑地,不會“un”,好好味啊^^~配左碟牛肉食,片數好少,又好貴!! 肉質係唔錯,脂肪分佈都唔錯了,比出面打邊爐都比較好吧!! 但不值得叫來吃~~這是配角,隨便吃的~ 還是好吃的吧! 牛柏葉不建議吃這麼多~ 不健康這是咕嚕肉,這家的咕嚕肉做的不錯啊! 色澤,味道都很不錯! 熱騰騰的上菜,即叫即做^^ 這些肉都沒骨,很有肉感,挺好的吧! continue reading

一心諗住黎石塘咀食魚鍋,點知黎到,轉左手,唯有膽粗粗試下啦!先叫左啲小吃先一試,又唔錯喎,全部都大大碟,價錢又唔貴!如果飲酒人士,重點推介,辣子肥腸,送酒一流!魚鍋出場,我地六個人,所以叫左要大邊,黎到真係好大條,真係物超所值!味道野味,配料又夠!6個人都係食左4百約蚊,超抵!!! continue reading
