衛生方面,既然來到熟食中心,已經做了只能要求基本衞生的心理準備,可是他們的碗碟真的都很髒,有之前的食物殘渣,記得清洗乾淨。《煎蠔烙》加了薯粉,像台式蚵仔煎,沒有多少蠔仔,一般。《滷水鵝片》滷水汁不夠香,鵝也比較乾。《潮州炒飯》就是火腿、蝦、蛋炒飯,不好吃…《咸肉炒介蘭》點了五樣,反而炒菜最好吃~《方魚肉碎粥》正常發揮,估計蠔仔粥會更好吃。整體來說我覺得這店是以親民價格取勝吧,一分錢一分貨的感覺。倒是欣賞他們整體食物不會過鹹,這是最大優點。

親戚係澳門過來海洋公園玩,過得來當然要盡地主之誼啦!見佢地玩左成日,又有老人家小朋友,盡量搵個方便近碼頭既地方食野,好讓佢地唔洗去到其他地方搵食咁好喇!搵左成朝係開飯見到原來街市樓上有大排檔,又近碼頭,本來唔係揀呢間,不過隔離無人聽電話就打左來呢間訂位,見到最近既食評又唔錯,咁就係惡夢開始一行十二人坐低左就開始叫野食,點知個阿姐話唔夠人,要我地自己寫,都算啦,自己寫都幾有趣,但問題係阿姐態度非常惡劣,叫佢幾次想攞汽水佢都We close tomorrowAre u need the fish?扮睇唔到,其實我好諒解你地唔夠人手,但係態度可唔可以好返少少?我地又唔係麻煩客,只係想d老人家小朋友玩完可以填飽個肚啫!唔通咁都有錯?之後我自己寫左九個餸之後再加兩個共十一個菜油泡鮮魷-唯一有咸味的菜但偏咸鵝片——我自己無食,因為上菜慢,所以讓比老人家小朋友食先炸九肚——無乜肉,食落去係空心既方魚芥蘭——唔知點解有燶味,又淡腐乳通菜-——味道正常但份量好少炸蝦蟹丸——我又係讓比肚餓既食先生炒骨——又係無食九菜豬紅——無味炸豆腐——有豆腐味,無其他味炆鵝掌——份量好少,又係無試蒸白蟮——唯一有人話好

炸蝦蟹丸——我又係讓比肚餓既食先
生炒骨——又係無食
九菜豬紅——無味
炸豆腐——有豆腐味,無其他味
炆鵝掌——份量好少,又係無試
蒸白蟮——唯一有人話好食既菜
仲有一個菜我記唔起
其實我平時都無想寫食評,好食既又唔洗寫,唔好食既下次最多唔去,都係唔洗寫
但點解今次要寫,就係因為太唔開心,本來想同親戚食餐開開心心既,唔係要求食咩山珍海味,最主要係可以一路食一路傾計
但係你地一開始給我地既印象就係人手唔夠,唔想做我地生意!唔知點解你地咁既態度同食物質素都可以有咁多人來食?唔通真係我地問題?
希望貴店可以改善一下,雖然我唔會有機會再光臨貴店!

同學啱啱返到香港,三個朋友一齊去食打冷。記得對上一次食打冷,都係我地幾個一齊,好懷念!為左避開人潮,我地未夠六點半就黎到,仲訂咗位。野食都好快到,首先黎鹵水什拼($60),價錢幾抵。有墨魚、紅腸、大腸、豬肉、豆腐。墨魚幾爽口,大腸好入味,豆腐軟滑,豬肉比較多脂肪。整體都好滿意!之後上左豆腐魚頭湯($65)份量多,特別一讚係魚頭好新鮮!.蠔仔餅($68)啱啱炸好,好脆!而且唔會覺得好重麵粉味。可惜蠔仔唔多,蠔仔餅周邊都冇咩蠔。最後黎左檸檬蒸烏頭($100)魚肉好滑,蒸得啱啱好。檸檬味唔夠重,唔夠酸。整體呢餐好滿意,埋單$311,每人$100左右。價錢合理,食物質量都唔錯。
