Happy Friday約左閨蜜食飯,佢話佢想行荃灣同想試呢間米線想左好耐,之前男友咁岩又話想試呢間,咁我就身先士卒下先啦!我地7點半去到,條堂食加外賣人龍搞到等左半粒鐘。。。🤦‍♀️原本想試豬潤但係無,結果我叫左炸雞球+時菜BB酸辣銀針粉少粉~朋友叫左魚肉響鈴+蝦膠豆卜+野菌腐皮卷蒙古湯中辣米線少米線~我個酸辣湯底唔錯,食落幾開胃,值得一讚既係D銀針粉煮得岩岩好唔會太淋👍炸雞球裡面幾滑,但外面我就覺得油左D。。。我試左一啖朋友既蒙古湯式,其實只係好好好重既孜然粉味,唔係我杯茶😅 連朋友咁中意食辣都覺得我果個BB酸辣好食過佢果個蒙古湯中辣🙈魚肉響鈴既響鈴果part好硬。。。都係略嫌油膩左D,魚肉正常~蝦膠豆卜炸得比較好,外層呈網狀,蝦膠彈牙,呢樣炸物同前面兩樣比相對無咁油👍野菌腐皮卷都幾足料,有菇菌既香味,口感豐富不過期間聽到隔離檯個男仔同店員講"頭先果碗米線走芽菜架唔該"~跟住店員個樣有D唔滿意兼語氣有D唔耐煩咁回應佢話mark左就OK,結果佢碗野黎到的確係無走到芽菜的。。。可能生意太好所以服務都麻麻~個人認為同樣價錢食米線應該可以搵到D更好既環境兼服務兼等位唔駛等咁耐,所以我應該都唔會再黎😅 continue reading

話說最近天氣稍有涼意就特別想食濃味野, 見最近都冇搵老闆娘, 就襯有時間去探下佢嘅米線先咁岩係星期日時間, 本人食老闆娘多數都會係第一批等開門嘅客人, 因為疫情問題所以店舖都重有相應嘅安排, 如果未能成為第一批客人的話就唔知要等幾耐了, 因為呢間餐廳真係好受歡迎呢本人同女友都非常中意食佢嘅麻酸辣湯同佢地嘅反斗蝦膠豆卜, 每人5舊炸得酥脆可口, 蝦肉又結實彈牙, 可惜!!!!今次佢地冇貨, 呢度間唔時都會有某種配餸冇貨, 所以都見怪不怪, 反正佢地其他配餸都同樣精彩呢個係魚肉腐皮卷, 3條切開成6條, 腐皮炸得非常脆口但底層又不乏韌性, 而且厚薄拿捏很好, 兩層口感都存在感十足又唔會側重某一方, 內裏嘅釀魚肉經調味後跟炸過嘅腐皮更顯得惹味得很, 魚肉內又會有栗米混雜, 所以有點點甜味呢個就係蒜香椒鹽雞翼, 雞翼上面就係佢地處理過嘅椒鹽, 呢個要襯熱立即食, 因為面頭上嘅粉過一段時間會帶濕影響口感, 而且雞翼都係新鮮炸起, 所以表層酥脆而裏面雞肉嫩滑多汁, 而且雞翼大小適中, 3隻分量不過不失, 因為佢地嘅質素, 20隻都可以食得落, 所以都唔多夠喉大家一齊估下邊碗先係中辣呢睇落兩碗差不多, 但食起來中辣比小辣有更多嘅肉碎酸菜, 而且小辣食到最後湯底會明顯較淡, 呢方面就中辣唔會發生最後, 岩單齊頭100蚊, 較貴, 但物超所值 continue reading

講起荃灣嘅米線,大大話話都有十幾間,講到最出名一定係「老闆娘雲南米線」,雖然佢喺熟食中心裏面,但係環境都算乾淨,好耐之前已經想試,但係每次去都好多人排隊。最近終於試咗!真係名不虛傳,食完好快已經想再食!麻酸辣湯應該係最多人食嘅湯底,佢嘅麻酸辣係唔錯,比出面嘅冇咁重味,不過最令我驚喜嘅反而係佢嘅蟲草花薑酒湯豬潤米線,湯底鮮甜有酒味,又有蟲草花❤️好想飲晒d湯,豬膶煮得啱啱好唔會過熟😋😋佢嘅炸物應該係呢度最出名嘅,今次試咗野菌腐皮卷、酥炸雞球、吉列豬扒同魚肉響鈴🔔本身唔好食炸野嘅我,都感受到佢係炸得好好,唔會太油膩火候啱啱好,外脆內軟,豬扒好鬆化!最重要係食完之後返全晚都冇好口渴嘅感覺,證明味精一啲都唔重!呢個好緊要呀😬 continue reading

星期六3pm非繁忙時段嚟食嘢,食完粉收咗碗,罐嘢飲咗一半就有職員嚟抺檯,似想趕你走。飲多兩啖已叫兩個人入嚟企喺我地檯隔離,仲同下個客講:「等陣啦,佢地好快起身㗎喇!」。食物份量一般,有一兩款餸比較特別,但不值得專登排隊去試。而且環境唔衛生,地點亦唔就腳。所有職員講嘢冇尾音,冇笑容。唔覺有任何文宣,如果唔係網上傳疑似黃店,根本唔會嚟,亦唔會有下一次。食物唔係特別出色到專登要過嚟食。貼錢買難受,永冇下次。咁對客人只覺係偽黃! continue reading

呢個location,唔係同事帶路,真係唔知有間咁受歡迎嘅米線舖,其實佢同層有好多嘢食,但係得佢一間等位嘅人多到打晒蛇餅,好誇張。所以等位都要等一段時間。不過等位期間睇到佢啲訪問,先知道原來佢哋堅持所有米線逐碗逐碗煮,所以先要等咁耐。老闆娘米線餸菜嘅配搭同一般米線舖好唔同,好多都係炸嘢,好似炸豆卜、炸腐皮卷等等,仲見到佢啲腐皮卷係有員工即場包嘅!加上米線同埋啲配料新鮮炸同煮出嚟,全部都熱辣辣,好惹味! continue reading
