🏚灣仔石水渠街69-71號年威閣2樓🗓2024年4月8號黃昏👫pm6:30🕢晚餐今日 Honey 陪媽媽去複診,在灣仔睇完醫生,順便食埋晚飯先返屋企。沿住皇后大道東行到灣仔街市,見到對面石水渠街藍色文物屋,🛖🏘再對面二樓有個大招牌,寫住老長沙湘菜館,咁就腳就試下先。於是兩個人就摸上去,要喺樓下按鐘先開門,搭電梯上到二樓, 就見到老長沙湘菜館,餐廳不算大,只有7-8張檯,🪑有大有細,我們就坐在四人枱,旁邊有大大的窗戶, 晚上天氣涼爽 ,🪟開左窗有陣陣涼風都幾舒服。店員熱情招待送上餐牌茶水 🫖。 湖南菜當然是吃辣椒的🌶🌶,我們不能吃太辣,所以選了毛氏紅燒肉,農家窩窩頭,蒜蓉油墨菜,海帶排骨湯,這些都是家常小菜,並叮囑店員要小辣。🎖🎖毛氏紅燒肉😋😋非常出色的製作,紅燒肉帶皮,肥瘦相間,燜得肥肉軟糯,瘦肉香嫩,油亮褐紅色,加上青紅辣辣🌶🫑,香芹,味鮮香而不鹹不膩,真正做到色香味俱全。🚀🚀特色菜農家窩窩頭配香梅菜一個驚喜掉下巴的特色菜,8個香噴噴的啡色窩窩頭,中間一碗用辣辣炒香的梅乾菜,巧妙的吃法:把梅乾菜放在窩窩頭凹陷位置一起吃,窩窩頭的麥香和梅乾菜的鹹辣香味揉合,吃出農家原始風味,哪味道真是天作之合,令人愛不釋手,回味無窮。我又試下配紅燒肉吃,另一種風味,紅燒肉油汁滲入窩窩頭裡,味道又升一級,😋😋可以是一個新菜式。🥰👍👍🥣🥣海帶花生排骨湯一個平時甚少飲到的湯品,厚厚的海帶和大粒花生煲得好淋,排骨帶少少肥肉,令到碗湯特別香,Honey 最鍾意哩個湯,飲到一點不剩。🤣🤣🥬🥬蒜蓉油墨菜油墨菜大大碟,炒得嫩綠蒜香,這碟菜很遲才上,其實對我們沒有影響,店員哥哥不停say sorry ,服務態度一流。👍👍今餐食得好開心❤,發掘了新的飯堂,菜式新穎又好味,價錢💰很合理。👍👍 continue reading

呢度嘅湘菜真係好正宗!佢哋嘅菜色豐富多樣,味道有唔同辣度可以揀,食唔到辣都可以揀唔辣或bb辣吊下味,非常香口。今次又係二人探險小隊試下新菜式,以前好少食湘菜架,今次係灣仔藍屋行完,見到對面上樓有老長沙,咁就入去試試啦!大盤有機花菜bb辣:係一道必試嘅招牌菜。呢道菜以新鮮有機花菜為主,配合辣椒炒煮而成。花菜爽脆多汁,辣椒帶點麻辣風味,非常開胃。呢道菜嘅辣度適中,唔會太辣,啱晒辣食愛好者同埋唔太受辣嘅人。另外,乾鍋雞bb辣同乾鍋魚雜bb辣都係湘菜嘅招牌菜式。乾鍋雞以嫩滑嘅雞肉為主,配合辣椒、蒜頭同其他香料炒煮而成。雞肉鮮嫩多汁,辣味香辣而不失鮮美。而乾鍋魚雜則以新鮮嘅魚雜為主,經過炒煮後,魚雜口感十足,唔會過軟或過硬,味道鮮美,辣味夠香辣,令人回味無窮。食湘菜真係要點埋白飯,搭配其他菜式同汁一同享用。食到咁上下,叫左可樂一齊嘆。總括而言,呢度嘅湘菜以其辣辣口味同豐富嘅菜色為主。加上環境幽靜寬敞,可以約埋三五知己黎慢慢坐住食! continue reading

琴日我去咗灣仔一間好地道嘅長沙菜館,平時都食唔少中菜,但長沙菜就第一次食,好多菜式都非常特別又美味,好想推介俾大家。首先,第一道菜就係毛氏紅燒肉,係呢度嘅招牌菜,下面層肉鮮嫩多汁,吸收晒醬汁嘅精華,上面層厚厚嘅肥膏入口即化,而且滋味濃郁!🍖農家一碗香就好似辣椒炒肉的升級版,無論係口感上還是做法以及營養上都升級左,主要是由辣椒、肉、雞蛋這3樣食材炒制而成的一道菜,口感豐富,把肥肉和瘦肉分開煮,先放肥肉煸油,令到吃起來不會太油膩。🙈蛋黃茄子係一道特別嘅菜式,做法與一般的很不同,蛋黃係灑滿係上面,茄子並不是炸,口感軟綿嫩滑,蛋黃醬帶嚐濃郁,兩者結合得天衣無縫!🍆紅糖糍粑外皮香脆,入面煙靭,加埋香甜嘅紅糖,入口甜而不膩!🍡 continue reading

近年除咗川菜大受歡迎外,湘菜亦都越嚟越普及,今日一於黎個湘菜初體驗。但由於我同朋友都唔算食得太辣,所以揀嘅菜都係以小辣為主。擂辣椒茄子皮蛋($78) 呢個造型好特別,原個搗臼上菜,佢將茄子同皮蛋,加入辣椒同蒜蓉,擂到好碎好碎,令辣椒蒜蓉同皮蛋嘅味道非常能夠滲入茄子當中,好入味,用嚟送飯一流。酸辣魚皮($68)魚皮爽彈,份量亦都算多,味道酸酸辣辣,酸味辣味好濃,非常開胃,魚皮每塊細細塊,食完無負擔,係道稱職嘅開胃小菜。俶鹽雞軟骨($138) 呢個好驚喜地好好食,係今餐嘅VIP,份量好多,雞軟骨數量好多,辣椒數量亦都好多,但唔好俾佢嘅辣椒嚇,因為食落並唔辣,椒鹽雞軟骨炸得非常非常酥脆,係會食到索索聲嗰種,就係平時喺大排檔食好有鑊氣嗰種椒鹽鮮魷嘅外皮,真係炸得好好食。乾鍋雞($198)乾鍋雞麻鮮辣香味俱全,雞肉頗滑,雞味幾鮮,加上芝麻令整個乾鍋更提味。初初食唔算太辣,但隨着不停沸騰,啲辣汁滲入雞肉,就越食越辣。椰子水($18/1) continue reading
