去東薈城逛得餓了,找點吃的。在食代館見到老祖食堂有米芝蓮必比登推介2023-2024,於是決定一試。點了一客極黑.黯然銷魂飯和XO醬爆炒腸粉。極黑.黯然銷魂飯配杜洛克豬肉,更顯矜貴;杜洛克豬肉經過精心烹調,肉香四溢。煎蛋的蛋黃恰到好處,流心的口感為整道菜增添了絲滑的風味,與豬肉相得益彰。米飯粒粒分明,吸收了豬肉的香氣,與其他配料完美融合。XO醬爆炒腸粉質地滑順,口感柔軟,與炒製的火候恰到好處,讓人每一口都感受到其獨特的韌性。XO醬的風味濃郁,帶有微微的辣味和海鮮的鮮香,為腸粉增添了層次感,令人回味無窮。 continue reading

曾經獲得2023-24香港米芝蓮指南。巡五一人山人海之前,過嚟東涌行吓街。特登上去food court試吓呢間嘢。走懷舊台式街頭小店風味。我就係鍾意餐牌唔使好多嘢揀,好食嘅餐廳應該精益求精,專心做自己專長嘅嘢就足夠啦。一定要試佢哋嘅 極黑黯然銷魂飯。層次分明肥瘦適中微微燶邊,加上燶邊太陽蛋。黯然銷魂嘅神粹出晒嚟。酥炸豬肉糭 亦都係佢哋嘅特別名菜。香港呢邊好少地方識得到。揸得金黃入口鬆脆。XO醬炒腸粉,非常出色。鑊氣夠,腸粉煙韌彈口,米香又唔會俾XO醬冚咗。追住嚟食停唔到口。生炸雞髀 好大隻又Juicy,炸到甘香,啖啖爆汁。配上微辣嘅炒麵,就係台灣夜市嘅味道。經典銀針粉,一定要搶住食佢哋嘅炸豬油渣配料。真係一試難忘。 continue reading

呢日嚟到東涌行街,去大食代foodcourt 午餐我哋嚟到呢間喺門口位置的老祖食堂見到都幾多人幫襯,仲有米芝蓮推介,感覺到廚房煮嘢煮得好有鑊氣,就幫襯呢間啦$68 極黑.黯然銷魂飯 (杜洛克黑叉燒系列)叉燒是香港燒臘中的熱門代表,呢個半肥瘦叉燒的油脂和瘦肉混合,吃起來嫩滑。而蜜汁醬油香甜的味道滿滿,好滋味煎蛋煎得好靚,配合蔥花白飯同叉燒一齊食,好好味$28 炒腸粉濃郁嘅醬汁加入炒腸粉,味道極配合$58 酥炸雞髀什錦炒油麵 配黑毛豬油渣,杜洛克黑叉燒粒,菜脯炸雞髀有香蒜調味醃製,外皮酥脆,內部保持多汁。油麵質地滑順,口感唔錯,醬油蠔油咸香出色。食麵嘅時候配合埋菜脯同埋叉燒粒,味道更濃郁$40 古法老祖西關瀨粉 (2023-24必比登推介系列)依個粉嘅感覺比較似麵粉條,比較軟身,加入埋豬油渣同埋菜脯增加香味口感整體嚟講,如果行開東涌,大家都可以上嚟呢度試一試呢個米芝蓮推介😊 continue reading

入黎東涌專登搵間出面無嘅黎試試,仲要米芝蓮推介,應該唔會差得去邊。因為係平日下午黎,等咗5分鐘就有得攞。啲粉又鞋又粉又淋的... 個"湯"就粉湯黎。料係豬皮/肥膏但又唔係香。最好食係啲榨菜,唔會太咸或個味太激動。食咗半碗放棄咗。唔明點解呢換嘢要40蚊。XO 醬炒蘿蔔糕炒得幾好,份量幾足。都幾多料,蝦米亦見到唔少,不過都幾多油。食食吓浸落碗粉個"湯"度去下油...估唔到都ok,個皮都冇話淋同甩 XD總結:食個炒蘿蔔糕。怕油可能唔叫XO 醬會好啲。 continue reading
