今日走過翠園，心思思想試下佢哋嘅點心。點了個四色燒賣，先講講嗰個帶子燒賣，真係好惹味，帶子爽彈得嚟鮮甜，真係食落一啖滿足得滯👌。至於嗰個蝦餃，啖啖蝦咬落去Q彈又彈牙，皮薄餡靚，我了個肚都算！跟住個節瓜肉丸煲，肉丸絲滑，搭埋清甜嘅節瓜湯底，簡直係夜晚嚟個滋潤選擇。邊食邊嘆番杯茶，咁喺翠園度嘆世界就已經覺得好完美啦！來啦，一於傾下叉燒嘢。蜜汁叉燒外皮烤到微微脆口，入面瘦肉又唔會太乾，食落去略帶燒焦嘅甜，真係得意🍯。不過呢，芫荽牛肉羹個牛肉就略嫌生哋，但湯味同質感就無得輸，添咗胡椒粉後，啖啖暖胃。最後嘅雞肉海參煲，雞肉無脂肪仲好滑，海參好夠味，兩樣搭埋就係完美收尾👍。總括來講，翠園嘅粵式小菜手藝精湛，份量充足，叫你飲茶嗰陣時刻喺香滿口間。走過路過，唔好錯過喇！…Read More
