這間是我的大排檔飯堂,是一間歡迎寵物的食店,暫時是我覺得環境最舒服寬敞的大排檔,尤其它的洗手間,我相信是全港最乾淨的大排檔洗手間,我是晚市去的,不知日間是否一樣乾淨,它甚至比很多所謂高級酒樓的還乾淨。然後你會發現在這裏你重拾食客的尊嚴,由老板娘至侍應個個都禮貌熱誠,不用限時交枱,沒有開瓶費,不收加一,夫復何求😄!雖說是海鮮飯店,但海鮮選擇不多,小炒有鑊氣都是水準貨,咕嚕肉一定要食👍,胡椒豬肚湯👍,蝦干炒粉絲👍,薑葱台山蠔👍,麻辣豬紅👍……不能盡錄,雖不能說絕頂好味,但性價比高,跟鵝頸榮記有得揮,但榮記環境實在又噪又污糟。我光顧多年也沒彰顯它是有私心,它位於地鐵上蓋交通方便,怕多人懂了,自己淪落排隊等位😀,這一年它已被外國人發掘成為國際化大排檔,心中替它開心。老板娘由社會事件至covid用盡家當守住這店,當遇到街坊家庭八口聚,埋單伍佰有找笑騎騎的場面,她比那家庭還開心。現在捱過了,生意有起色了,然後明年沒有了,因政府年尾要收回鋪位重建,希望老板娘得到最適合的安排…Read More

遊走正街街市的時候發現呢度,於是同同學決定試下,因為我哋兩個都未試過喺街市裡面食大排檔。呢度環境都算乾淨企李,地方又夠大。我哋點佐三個餸,最滿意係諜黃金蝦球,炸得唔會過火,食起上來夠香脆而且有咸蛋黃嘅香味。肉鬆炒四季豆嘅火喉都掌握得好好,豆豆爽口肉鬆又唔會太鹹。最後個粉絲煲也令人滿意。呢度食嘢價錢都算相宜,而且老闆娘都幾熱情,有同我哋介紹佢哋餐廳嘅特色。…Read More

夠鑊氣都係要去大牌檔先掂呢一句說話真係一D都無講錯,唔係朋友介紹都唔識去正街街市熟食中心搵食。3個人點了四個餸一D都唔過份啦。椒鹽鮮魷簡簡單單卻又真真正正試到師傅嘅真功夫。炸漿不能夠太厚、魷魚要夠鮮味兼彈牙、油溫嘅控制,缺一不可,呢度嘅師傅係真師傅,唔係求其馬虎炸D野出黎就話係椒鹽鮮魷,呢個餸掂。蠔仔煎蛋嫩滑,蠔唔大唔細啱啱好,始終係蠔仔煎蛋,蠔仔同煎蛋都應該係平起平坐,是但偏埋一邊都會無咁好。韭菜花炒豬頸肉就差少少,主要原因係D豬頸肉太肥,其實師傅炒得好夠鑊氣,如果D豬頸肉唔好咁肥會加返好多分。炒西蘭花基本上都係熟就OK,唔好以為熟好易,出面成日食到D未炒熟嘅西蘭花架。…Read More
