I have to admire this restaurant’s “unique charm” — the musty smell of an old building really sets the mood, and the burn marks on the fabric chairs must be some kind of avant-garde interior design. The portions are so tiny I started wondering if they were charging us for the air around the plate. During Restaurant Week, they somehow made it even smaller — what a brilliant strategy! As for flavor, utterly forgettable. Honestly, any random Sichuan or Cantonese place would easily outshine it. The service was the real highlight: staff rushed us to order like their lives depended on it, and then after less than an hour, they were practically pushing us out the door. 最近和喺灣仔工作嘅朋友一齊去咗紅花匯餐廳,係因為 Restaurant Week 嘅活動慕名而去,原本諗住趁呢個機會享受一餐美味嘅午餐。餐廳位於大廈嘅6樓,但外面冇明顯嘅標誌或者指示牌,搞到我哋喺外面兜咗幾圈先搵到。 環境感受一入到餐廳,裝潢算係有古典風味,但整體嘅採光度偏暗,氣氛有啲昏沉,尤其係深色地毯,感覺唔夠乾淨,令我地喺心理上有啲唔舒服。 服務體驗 服務人員態度都算熱情,但服務人手明顯唔夠,導致上菜速度比較慢,有幾次都需要主動催促,呢點真係有改善空間。 菜品味道至於食物方面,主菜嘅味道確實唔錯,賣相精緻又好味,出菜速度亦都算係可以接受。但甜品就係一個小遺憾,等咗好耐都未上,朋友因為兩點要趕返公司,最後甜品都未嚟到,結果佢唯有先走,呢部分真係幾可惜。 總結整體嚟講,紅花匯嘅菜品質素係值得肯定嘅,但服務同環境方面真係需要加強。如果之後能改善呢啲問題,應該會係一間更值得推薦嘅餐廳。不過今次體驗只算係中規中矩,希望下次有更好嘅感受吧!Read More
