嗰晚提早慶祝母親節,屋企人一早已經諗定食紅屋仔,因為婆婆想食得清淡啲,住家餸就啱晒喇!👍🏾餐廳雖然係自家形式經營,但規模一啲都唔細,大概有6張大枱,我諗好多人都係一家大細黎食。🐽第一味喺呢到招牌豬肋骨🔸燒得好香而且啖啖肉🔸份量夠10個人食架!🍄青菜雜菌煲🔸喺素食之選,味道較為清淡🔸大人細佬都啱食!🐔炸子雞🔸非常香,好味過酒樓嗰啲好多!🔸不過略嫌鹹左啲!🦑花枝餅🔸好香口嘅一道菜🔸外面脆裡面爽爽的!好味!🔸份量夠之餘切開細細塊易入口🍳 豆腐煎蛋🔸無諗過原來豆腐可以加入蛋一齊煎🔸好有驚喜,豆腐令蛋更滑,相輔相成👍🏾🦀蟹肉伊麵🔸重鑊氣嘅炒麵🔸材料多,好大堆頭,當然味道亦都唔錯最後就係芝麻湯圓,一家10幾個咁齊人緊係要團團圓圓!糖水姜味十足,飲完身心都暖笠笠!💓-其實唔只母親節,過任何節日最重要都係可以同屋企人一齊,無論食乜都好,大家能夠坐埋一枱就已經好開心!🥰💓 continue reading

前排同屋企人黎食呢間私房菜,不過黎呢度真係好鬼遠,應該揸車先會黎到。 如果有揸車既話,都好推薦黎呢度食野。餐廳出面已經有好多位泊車。焗豬肋骨,焗到好淋又入味,好出色。蒸扇貝係超級無敵好食,佢d蒜蓉,葱,個d汁整到超好食,然後d粉絲索哂d味,係我食過最好食既蒸扇貝呀。其他野都好好食,例如梅菜扣肉,炸子雞都好好味。係遠左d 但好值得黎食 continue reading

今晚兩丁友唔想煮飯,就坐上座駕來到這裡吃住家菜。假日黎講都差不多坐滿, 黎得呢到當然少不了吃住家飯餸。叫左碗湯,雪耳果皮瘦肉湯,湯味道算頗濃,無乜雪耳同瘦肉湯,但出奇地果皮味道幾重,搶去成個湯既主要味道。跟住呢個炭燒雞係主菜之一,坦白講食唔出乜野炭燒味道,但整體味道唔差,外皮夠脆加上帶點鹽,肉都算係嫩,反而吃落係似鹽焗雞味。最後食埋個土魷肉餅,成個口感係豐富既,因為齊料,土魷碎粒加上肉餅,但肉餅差不多全瘦肉,食落係健康但係欠缺肥肉的滑溜感覺。食物味道算係咁,但欠缺標榜的住家菜感覺,味道和大排檔的不遑多讓,價錢就不算便宜。 continue reading

碰上有大顆兒家庭聚會,家人愛選擇到元朗紅屋仔吃私房菜,家住九龍的我驅車前往經大欖隧道只要半句鐘,酒家是由家庭經營,位於元朗加州花園入口處,單層平房的設計,大門前的一大塊空地成為免費停車場。今次特別推薦這個胡椒豬肚鷄湯,至少用餐一天前預訂,份量足夠十二人享用。一甕熱騰騰的湯只見有大量紹菜和漲卜卜的豬肚,待應純熟地從湯夾起豬肚,再剪開,完隻雞現眼前,之後再把豬肚切成細片,方便進食,至於完隻鷄怎樣處置?! 原來內有乾坤,鷄內醸滿糯米,蓮子和栗子,好像 ,胡椒味恰當,不太䶢,一湯多食,HK$480, 價錢合理與否見人見致,酒家全日免收加一服務費。 continue reading
