今晚同朋友去咗元朗加州花園私房菜慶祝生日飯，試咗幾款家常小菜。梅菜扣肉係全晚亮點，肥瘦適中嘅五花肉燜得入味，梅菜鹹香帶甜，送飯一流！焗雞都唔錯，皮脆肉嫩，幾有驚喜。 其他菜式就中規中矩：素肉碎豆腐煎蛋同蕃茄豆腐炒蛋都係穩陣之選，但未算突出；雜菜豆腐煲清清哋，適合想食得健康啲嘅人。麵豉醬炒番薯苗鑊氣夠，不過醬味略重，蓋過咗蔬菜本身嘅鮮甜。 整體嚟講，呢度嘅主打菜有水準，價錢合理，如果想搵個地方同朋友靜靜哋食飯傾偈，可以一試。 continue reading

今天入元朗，吾知食什麼好，周圍搜尋，找到這一間好嘢！正！確實係真材實料，有地道鄉村味道。我哋食咗炒花甲、梅菜扣肉、豬油渣炒通菜、豆腐煎蛋。味味都讚不絕口，特別是梅萊扣肉，入口溶化，油而不膩，梅萊味道不鹹不淡，恰到好處！唔係做妹，真心要讚！👍👍👍 continue reading

每次如果寫食評推介一間餐廳，我一定不止一次去，更要是試幾次菜式，才會推介給其他人。這裡是朋友推介的地方，我們來了幾次，每次都有驚喜，這裏吃的是真材實料，是廚師真功夫，是餐廳的人情味。市區過嚟揸車半小時左右，車可以泊在門口，十分方便。我哋每次人多可以試不同菜式，大朋友喜歡砂窩焗飯，焗蠔，小朋友喜歡蛋餅，女士們喜歡滋補菜式。反正樣樣好味道，一次試不了太多，多來幾次便好。還有陳皮紅豆沙湯丸和店主自製涼茶，十分滿足的美食之旅。住在加州花園的人很幸福啊。 continue reading
