食物看得出用心製作，有老派的味道，用料不錯， 訂位時，先點一些招牌菜，因為即時整可能要等多小小時間或者沒有材料可以order嗯。門口可直接迫車，都是很方便的。拍了一些食物相片，值得一去。 continue reading

今天入元朗，吾知食什麼好，周圍搜尋，找到這一間好嘢！正！確實係真材實料，有地道鄉村味道。我哋食咗炒花甲、梅菜扣肉、豬油渣炒通菜、豆腐煎蛋。味味都讚不絕口，特別是梅萊扣肉，入口溶化，油而不膩，梅萊味道不鹹不淡，恰到好處！唔係做妹，真心要讚！👍👍👍 continue reading

真材實料好味道

每次如果寫食評推介一間餐廳，我一定不止一次去，更要是試幾次菜式，才會推介給其他人。這裡是朋友推介的地方，我們來了幾次，每次都有驚喜，這裏吃的是真材實料，是廚師真功夫，是餐廳的人情味。市區過嚟揸車半小時左右，車可以泊在門口，十分方便。我哋每次人多可以試不同菜式，大朋友喜歡砂窩焗飯，焗蠔，小朋友喜歡蛋餅，女士們喜歡滋補菜式。反正樣樣好味道，一次試不了太多，多來幾次便好。還有陳皮紅豆沙湯丸和店主自製涼茶，十分滿足的美食之旅。住在加州花園的人很幸福啊。 continue reading
