朋友带来,本来想预定六点半的位,结果只能预定到十点半,说实话餐厅布局有点拥挤,服务很热情,海鲜不算特别大,但是很新鲜,可以吃到鲜甜,并且全程蒸汽煮熟不落油,用食材本身油脂,配上酱料,新鲜健康的感觉。上面吃完下面的猪骨粥也好了并且融合了猪的香跟海鲜的甜,人均五百左右,现金付款有九折

同一家大細去厚福街搵食,給一大堆花牌吸引,原來開了一間新的蒸氣火鍋,抱住一試無妨的心態就上去了,好在六點多,坐一陣已經爆哂,侍應服務態度非常好,一路解釋咩食物好,點蒸點計時令到我地一家大鄉里都明白,經介紹叫了咸豬骨粥底,食物點了海鮮拼盤,安格斯牛肉,蜆,豬頸肉,花甲,蟹,聽靚女侍應話一定要食蟲草花蒸雞;原來粥底係真係用生米即煮,我地仲以為煲好加熱添,第一碟先嚟蟲草花雞,蒸幾分鐘食得,真係唔好講笑,好夠味又滑,配料蟲草花杞子都掃清,果然冇介紹錯;海鮮拼盤上場,份量好夠,侍應話經過幾日之後呢個拼盤改咗D食材同份量,原本有桶蠔,因為來貨唔穩定所以唔用,費事影響品質,雖然有D失望但又有道理;拼盤有蝦、鮑魚、蟹、元貝、蜆、泥鯭、聖子、花螺,都幾夠份量,除咗聖子細隻咗小小,食落仲好新鮮,海鮮最重要就係新鮮,見到佢地個魚缸咁多生猛海鮮就放心;安格斯牛肉好重牛味,蒸就有D浪費,不過都係食落肚唔傷肝;花甲鮮甜到我從來未食過咁好食;細佬唔食牛所以點咗豬頸肉,我地已經好飽,細佬話合格;以為食完,靚女侍應話好戲現在上演,你地蒸咗成晚嘅精華要出場,拎起蒸格,半鍋粥就在眼前,唔喜歡食粥嘅我諗住應酬食兩啖,嘩,一食

到金巴利街吃我至愛的泰式生香,老闆娘跟我說不如去她們新開的火鍋店試試,我咁為食梗係去啦,原來係蒸氣火鍋,湯底同粥底在鍋底,蒸食物時汁料流落下面吸收入味;老闆娘介紹了巴戟雞鍋,蒸了幾分鐘食得,估唔到咁入味咁滑,嗜雞的我要俾個讚;四個人點了海鮮拼盤,有蟹、元貝、蝦、鮑魚、聖子等等,跟住再點了一條班仔起片,新鮮就是新鮮,唔使調味已經非常鮮甜;飽到捧腹,唯有下次再試其他食材,不過咁食法好似冇咁熱氣,同行痛風老友話咁食法可能冇打邊爐咁多嘌呤,又有打邊爐風味
