大前日(17-5-2025 Sat),由於未病好,老公上網拼命搵我食到,軟腍腍嘅嘢做lunch,佢send咗條link,話呢喥有間日本百年老字號嘅築地玉子燒,開咗分店,食材都由日本直送,我就有興趣試,到前日(18-5-2025 Sun),我都叫做好咗好多,等老公稍事休息後,就專登同佢走嚟食。我哋都搵咗好耐至搵到,嚟到時有一位客人,我哋就坐低至睇menu,老公一開口就話要玉子燒,店員答賣晒。咁玉子燒三文治呢?都係賣晒。咁我哋睇menu,見到有松露布甸同泡芙,店員話呢啲有,然後我又見到有$68.00嘅玉子燒飯丼,呢啲佢就有,但其實點解飯上嘅玉子燒就有,淨玉子燒就冇?我就想揀玉子燒魚仔丼,但店員唔推介,話驚我怕腥。咁蒜片和牛玉子丼啦。店員話見我口腔好似有啲事,咀嚼時可能有啲困難,不如要玉子燒肉碎飯丼,要住一碗先,再有quota就再叫。咁好啦,就要呢個。店員好識做地,自己俾個碗仔我哋,老公分好後食得,玉子燒凍咗係正常,佢唔太甜,口感正常;店員就話,先食凍,然後同飯嘅溫度整暖佢食,會係唔同風味,可惜我碗飯都唔夠熱呢。而肉碎味道清,好食,我諗我鍾意食呢種多過台式濃味嘅肉臊。食完之後,我哋就要同樣$36.00嘅松露布甸同泡芙各一。店員拎出嚟,俾我影完相就幫我哋將泡芙切開一半食,泡芙皮腍晒就一定,泡芙口感棉密,唔係只係cream,亦唔太甜。松露布甸呢?好細杯,同樣係唔太甜,但正常嘅滑。 continue reading

日本築地勁有人氣嘅百年老字號玉子燒店居然係香港都食到,餐廳個位置係沙田一田超市食堂入面。餐廳價錢唔貴,用嘅都係北海道嘅雞蛋,超級香滑蒜片和牛玉子丼 $68有一大條玉子燒配埋和牛粒,玉子燒真係好有蛋香味,就係已經見到塊玉子有好多層。雖然好厚身,不過食落都仲係好有濕潤嘅口感。和牛粒都好香牛味,配埋D炸蒜片一齊食幾唔錯親子丼 $68成個飯幾濕潤幾好,D蛋仲係半熟有蛋液食落真係好香蛋味,雞肉都唔差鳥藤炸雞 $49炸得夠脆好食,個炸粉唔太厚身,都幾大粒 continue reading

一田這裡重新開幕後,美食廣場這邊多了很多美食有些更是來自日本的過江龍好像這家叫作「築地松露」的店是日式高湯煎甜蛋卷、玉子燒專賣店翻查一下記錄,原來是創立於昭和21年(1946年!)位於東京築地,本是壽司店松露為名所以不要誤以為這裡是吃黑松露蛋的店阿甜蛋卷是主打菜式,但也不乏其他美食這裡提供不同的飯類和小食價錢約$68,就這美食廣場來講,說貴不貴最重要是質素是不是值回票價呢?每一款飯類也附有一枚甜蛋卷甜蛋卷是冷的,在熱的米飯上蒸成微溫日本的食物不很熱似乎是沒違和感一咬甜蛋,軟綿綿的口感,吸收了很多汁,應該就是其自慢的高湯甜度我給他十分,非常非常甜整體來說我會覺得「果然是日本!」(雖然我沒吃過本店啦)蒜片和牛玉子丼這款是極度推薦~和牛份量不少和乾蒜片一起煎香是無敵組合!魚仔溫泉蛋玉子丼兩種不同作法的蛋料理共冶一爐吻仔魚(熟的)帶點鹹香拌以溫泉蛋的蛋汁真的很下飯呢!如果可以下點豉油應該會更好吃小食的日式炸雞-鳥藤炸雞也不錯調味過的炸漿不很厚個人來說我覺得有點偏鹹的也是很下飯的小食(後來才知道鳥藤炸雞也是來自築地的店!)因為日本的食物普遍不會很熱感覺上這店的丼很適合外賣比熱的便當更能可以保存風味因為一田美食區室內的位置其實不多說不定外帶會比堂食更好呢 continue reading

極高人氣,日本築地創業逾百年老字號玉子燒專賣店「松露玉子燒」,最近首度進駐香港,名為《築地松露》,選址一田沙田全新裝修的「一田食堂」,當然要去試下。睇過餐牌,除了招牌玉子燒,還有布甸、玉子燒三文治、丼飯、燒雞炸雞、牛肉等食物。玉子燒肉碎丼$68配合獨門配製的高湯,再以特製鍋具手工逐層煎製,出品的玉子燒色澤金黃嫩滑。肉碎微辣惹味,刺穿溫泉蛋後,讓飯粒吸飽醬汁,纏著一層滑溜靈動的金黃蛋汁,拌飯一流。蒜片和牛玉子丼$68丼飯即叫即製熱辣辣,用上名貴鹿兒島薩摩和牛,牛肉切粒肉質鬆軟,肉汁飽滿,配以香口炸蒜片,玉子燒將蛋漿層層捲起,綿密堆疊的蛋皮裹滿濃郁蛋香。鳥藤炸雞$49無骨炸雞大件厚肉,香脆的外皮包著嫩滑多汁的雞肉。 continue reading
