之前報紙介紹過呢間"立食"都想試下嫁啦。睇個名以為係企係到食ga tim。入去個陣有個講英文既waiter 招呼我地, 我地"o"晒咀, 唔係日本野咩? 點解講英文嫁呢??不過佢好nice呀。我地叫左一碗讚岐天婦羅拉麵$48, 一碗特選霜降牛肉烏冬$48, 另外+$15有個迷仔井。未食睇個樣已經要讚好啦, 每樣料都擺得好靚, 每碗麵仲有唐心蛋tim ar! 份量都足嫁哦, 男友食完一碗都話飽呀。 天婦羅炸得岩岩好, 唔會好厚粉, 有冬菇, 矮瓜, 2隻蝦, 南瓜, $48算係抵啦。另外d特選霜降牛肉好滑呀, 唔鞋口, 烏冬都好滑, 正。而另外+左個$15炭燒雞排井, d 飯係珍珠米, d 燒汁最岩撈飯, 多d汁仲好, d 雞鞋左少少, 但入味既, 讚好!!呢到食物gd之外, 我地仲好鍾意佢牆上既JR 鐵路圖。最後唔洗加一, 埋單$110。下次我地會再黎嫁!!Read More

首先又要講下~我又mo相片提供俾大家 (遲d出部電話會改善到家啦~WAHAHAHHAAHA)事日同朋友打完泰拳都已經10:30 左右啦, 諗住都係求其搵間野醫下個肚者, 我其實真的食唔落, 打到mo咩胃口Lo...:(行行下見到有間都好似ok但收11 dim, 有D鋪已經唔再接walk in 客:(跟住呢間收11:30 ~睇個門面乾乾淨淨, 事但啦, 總之唔太難食就得啦~um...睇個餐牌, 都算幾多野選擇o既, 見到個海鮮拉面好似好吸引咁...(通常影出黎好多料家麻, 心諗都預左家啦, 又唔係貴~事但啦~try 下)我點左-----> 海鮮拉面 + 8元 轉左烏冬我的朋友------> 咖哩牛肉拉面 + 都係加8元轉左烏冬等左唔係好耐者, 一上台, wah~ D海鮮咁足料既? 真係有2隻大蝦, 1隻帶子, 4隻蜆(細細的), 2塊尢魚(好細), 仲跟一個小碗俾你吐骨~ 唔錯唔錯~而我個朋友個個賣相都幾好, 試飲左佢個碗的湯底~wah,比相像中還要好, 幾清甜, 順口, 而我果碗都好好飲, D湯底好正,用料又足, 實熟驚喜:)唯一要改進係...一上黎的面唔係好熱好熱好熱果D lo...:( 可能真係果日天氣太凍瓜), 同埋...我果碗食左幾淡..見到有一條頭髮 :( (算啦我對呢d小店要求真係唔係好高家咋, 呠開挑走左條頭髮....繼續食...:(總結~其實都實屬驚喜, 食到最後見到個師傅出左櫃面講電話~sin知原來佢係日本人 唔識廣東話 估唔到呢d小店都有如此安排~意料之外, 賣單$109, 又多一個有驚喜, 平靚正, 值得推介, 會有下次 :)Read More

緣起友人 Z 來電,閒聊間提及她看過我的食評,半開玩笑地「投訴」我寫甚麼「旺角區果然沒有像樣的日本料理」(見本人食評〈闖陣〉),好不囂張;又說近日在通菜街發現一家價廉物美的,烏冬尤其好吃,著我一定試試。女人街啊 ,港式日本料理的集中地?「比味千好吃?」我試探地問,「當然。難吃的話我請客。」友人再三保證。既然「免費」(出發前我真的不抱希望),就試試罷,說不定是滄海遺珠……店名「立食」,意指站著進食的餐廳。上周六中午來到,一女店員站在門口「迎賓」,見我有意光顧的樣子 (因我隨手翻了翻餐牌),馬上殷勤招呼。進去,一眼所見,約七八張桌子;食客大部分為年青人,也有老外。老實說挺喜歡它的裝潢,不浮誇,有心思 :),且與店名掛勾:右邊牆上是 JR 路線圖,左邊則是一塊關於「立食」歷史的白板 (日文,看不太懂 :(),見下圖:一南亞裔 (?) 女店員送上冰水和午餐餐牌 (身處女人街食肆的我竟全程以英語和店員溝通,有點弔詭 )。由 A 到 N,奉送麪豉湯或沙律或餃子,平均二十多三十元一客。惟恐將貨就價,不予考慮,並著店員給我正式餐牌。沒有刺身壽司,拉麪、食事 (丼╱定食)、揚物等幾類,共六十多款。值得一提的是於晚市光顧拉麪或飯類,可以優惠價十五元加一客迷你丼,像溫泉蛋黑豚丼、沖繩豬軟骨丼等 (友人怎不早說 )。最後點了招牌──讚岐天婦羅拉麪,改手打烏冬 (註:烏冬須加八元),五十六元。湯烏冬的配料有蔥、海帶、粟米粒、鳴門卷和半隻半熟蛋,賣相不俗 :)。先說主角烏冬。喜歡讚岐更勝稻庭的,因口感較「彈牙」。外觀「對辦」,粗粗圓圓的;一啜入口,滑,愛硬麪條的我覺得軟了一點點,沒有期待中的韌勁 :(。果真是手打貨色麼?儘管如此,它不失為一美味烏冬 !湯底方面,湯色較常見之豚骨湯底略淺 (事後向店員求證,她表示湯底以豬骨、雞肉和味噌熬製而成),肉味不濃,清清淡淡的,滋味溫和,是女孩子會喜歡的湯底──我一口接一口,居然喝至涓滴不剩 !配菜中以半熟蛋最出色,蛋黃呈溏心狀,蛋味亦濃,當然水準未及橫綱、豚王等名店。雜錦天婦羅有蝦兩隻;青椒、茄子、鮮冬菇、南瓜、蕃薯則各一件。炸得尚算乾身,脆漿亦夠薄,入口不油不膩,及格。惜無論蝦還是蔬菜 (除了本身帶甜味的南瓜和蕃薯),一概淡而無味 ;加上沒有提供蘸汁,要靠桌上的七味粉來增味,扣分。大體來說,如此價錢如此水準的天婦羅烏冬,我已滿意。 :)兩天後,因事前往旺角,順道又來。這次是午茶時分。任何食物只要標誌「自家製」的總叫我難以抗拒 。毫不猶豫,先點了一客四隻煎餃子,二十五元。餃子「體形」豐滿,煎得底部金黃;啖之卻覺餃皮稍軟,脆度不足 :(。餡料肉多菜少 (其實我更喜歡蔬菜多一點的、口感清爽的餃子),有些微肉汁,不過不失。蘸汁是柚子醬油,酸中微帶一絲辣,清新「醒胃」,與煎餃非常對味,挽回不少分數。我愛蠔,不過只吃熟的。見餐牌上有吉列廣島蠔,當然不能錯過!問店員一客多少隻,她回覆四隻;三十元嘛,合理 (好吃的話)──結果沒有失望,甚至有意外之喜 :)!蠔是一口一隻那種:剛炸起的熱燙鬆脆,一咬即有蠔汁流出,不多,但頗鮮美,質感亦算滑溜。情況一如半熟蛋──拿它與吉列專門店之出品比較,是不公平的。蘸醬乃蛋黃醬──我可是不折不扣的蛋黃醬「女王」 !只要有它,再不濟也能「過關」,何況蠔本就可口?另要了一碗白飯,上桌時被那碗嚇了一跳──份量太多了,怪不得收費十元!份量多,質量卻不理想:店家不完全採用珍珠米 (見飯粒有些瓜子形有些圓形),不黏軟也欠飯香,真後悔點了。 總結兩次經驗,我認為,此店是同區同類型食肆中不容錯過的──就學生、「糧尾」人士和嗜吃烏冬者而言。至於我,Z,謝謝推薦,請別怪我「嘴刁」,只要吃過更好的,回頭不易…… Read More

我係MK返學的, 好近女人街, 但11點島就放LUNCH...9月同學介紹立食之後, 好耐都冇再去其他食因為真係好味又經濟每隔周二, 趁12後開鋪都會去食!!!唔明呢度點解開飯無咩人講.... 決定搬D相同大家介紹如果12點後食LUNCH的話, 好多時諗唔到食咩都會食立食講真, AJISEN我覺得味道濃左D, 而且唔平呢度$27-最貴35已經好多野食到!! 東京和田園RAMEN味道最高!吉列CURRY都不錯如果多D汁就更好~~(我唔止一味讚的哈哈哈~~~)環境上, 座位不多, 坐得好舒服操英語WAITER姐姐亦好NICE, 真係會食得特別開心的~~ 多謝你熱情招呼, 加油Read More

Yesterday, my friend and I went to a Japanese restaurant which is called Tachi Gui. It locates at No.73 Tung Choi Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon. It was my first time to have my dinner there. It is a Japanese head chief authentic ramen noodles restaurant.It is a small size of restaurant. It can only cable for around 30-40 customers. The decoration of this restaurant is tidy and clean. There are many photos of Japanese Tachi Gui ramen branch and a large sheet of JR map on the wall.There has only one waitress of this restaurant. Although the serving speed is slow, their service quality is good. I think the waitress of this restaurant is very nice. She can only speak very little Cantonese. You can communicate her with English. Thus, make sure you speak English while you ordering the food=] The price of the food is not too expensive. It cost around HKD$50 per person. This restaurant won’t charge you the 10% service fee.I have ordered the Tonkatsu Pork Chop Curry Rice 吉列黑豬扒咖哩飯and my friend have ordered Sanuki Tempura Ramen 讚歧天婦羅拉麵. It is tasty and delicious. Yummy!! Their ramen is the most delicious food in there. There have a very high standard of food here. The soup of the ramen is fresher and healthy that it does not heavy oil smell.I highly recommend you to go there to try their ramen.Read More
