早排出咗銅鑼灣食廚師發板,今日又再過嚟銅鑼灣食日本嘢,不過,簡簡單單同朋友上居酒屋「究極堂」食個丼飯午餐而已。朋友話炮台山都有分店,至於呢家銅鑼灣分店小弟都喺第一次到訪。整個地方唔算大,但環境裝修都好居酒屋格局,環境昏昏暗暗,天花掛上好多和式燈籠,好有深夜食堂嘅感覺,近門口嘅另一邊更可以間為廂房,適合一班人搞飯局,同店員傾開,原來炮台山分店亦有廂房。基本上是日所見都坐滿人,剛好最入嘅吧枱仍有位,唔使等!午市主要喺賣套餐,慳慳哋嘅有蛋包飯、牛肉丼、烏冬……之類,豪啲嘅有刺身丼、刺身定食、壽司定食……之類,正所謂豐儉由人:)。此外,散點餐牌嘅食物亦會全數供應。帶子他他 $38先試試店家嘅炸物,餐牌圖文並茂,見呢一款帶子他他賣相靚仔,就揀咗佢。外層脆漿唔算厚,最緊要喺做到脆而不膩,啲帶子好鮮甜,襯埋啲他他醬,加上三文魚籽,真喺相得益彰。韓式泡菜章魚玉子燒 $78玉子燒似乎喺店家受歡迎嘅菜式,見有唔少客都有點,玉子燒可揀明太子芝士或泡菜章魚,選後者因為未試過咁嘅組合。首先蛋卷嫩滑而富濃郁蛋香,裡面捲住好多泡菜,頗為惹味,加上極具咬口嘅章魚,增加點點海鮮味道。究極丼 $208朋友話辛苦搵嚟志在食,所以,奢華少少嗌咗個「究極丼」,可惜喺海膽剛無貨,但會用番時令刺身補上。睇見份丼真喺好吸引,有帶子、三文魚籽、炙燒左口魚、油甘魚、三文魚、赤身、拖羅蓉、大赤蝦,仲搭上一隻蛋香十足嘅蘭王蛋,外觀非常吸晴。佢話啲刺身好新鮮,味道鮮甜,每款刺身都超好食,真喺無咩挑剔位,夠晒足料,物超所值。究極炎之丼 $128而小弟嘅炎之丼跟朋友嘅差唔多,當然,用料無佢嗰個咁高檔,但一啲都唔失禮,有左口魚、黑鯥、甜蝦、吞拿魚蓉、油甘同帶子,全部都炙燒過,入口帶點點焦香感,同樣食得出食材新鮮,又能一次過試到多款刺身。此外,所有定食都包埋田園沙律同麵豉湯,以一頓午餐而言,已喺豐富至極。成日都講,只要做出水準,不愁無客,兩個丼都食得出用料不賴,所以,午市基本上都可以講全場滿座!Read More
