放假無所事事,就想到去一處有得食,有得玩嘅地方,就是位於火炭的稻香訓練酒樓了!有些菜式是稻香訓練酒樓才有,其他分店是沒有的。員工服務及食物質素是"學院派",所以水準應該是甚有保證的。點心定價偏高,但勝在免茶免加一,打個和。法式醬薯蝦($32)用薯絲包裹著大蝦來炸,賣相美美的。外層好像薯片般香脆可口,中間的大蝦夠爽口彈牙。炸到連蝦尾都可以吃下肚。蘸點沙律醬同吃更可口醒胃。金湯五糧花膠($38)高湯有海鮮的鮮甜味道,味道有點像粟米魚肚羹。配料豐富,有紅腰豆,粟米,蓮子,杞子,准山等,好養生,口感又好。但花膠有點削,兩口已經可以吃完,但花膠還算爽口,味道鮮而不腥。原蝦燒賣皇($10/ 件)燒賣上有大大隻蝦,好爽口。豬肉餡不算鮮甜,沒有肉汁,但亦算彈牙,香菇味十分濃郁。生拆鮮蝦餃($11/件)蝦餃皮有點厚。但蝦的份量不少,爽口又鮮甜。另有豬肉及荀絲增加味道及口感。胭脂金網腸粉($33)用紫米磨成米漿,製作成嫣紅色的腸粉皮。中間包裹米網春卷,非常香脆,簡直是升級版的炸兩。吞拿魚脆米($28)脆米餅上盛載吞拿魚醬,脆米相當香脆,好似吃著童年懷舊零食~ 暴暴飯焦。吞拿魚醬則有點過鹹。食飽飽,可以上樓上展覽館參觀,認識一下本地中式餐飲文化,都是不錯的節目。Read More

今天三代同堂慶祝母親節,阿姨提早在稻香訂了一圍菜另加兩隻長腳蟹。先來說說頭盤,挺特別的...冰鎮咕嚕肉配上火龍果,非常醒胃的,咕嚕肉的皮很鬆脆,甜酸度也因為冰鎮的緣故味道剛剛好。然後重頭戲當然是兩隻共重11斤的阿拉斯加長腳蟹,既新鮮又肥美,啖啖肉,吃到停不了手呢!接下來的傳統菜式,有別於其他稻香酒家分店,這裡都是即時煮成上菜的,所以水準一直保持很好,美中不足是樓面人手不夠,所以每碟菜相隔的上菜時間比較耐,可能也是因為母親節的關係吧!今天座無虛席!最後還有美味的千層糕和壽包作結,滿足!祝各位母親節快樂!Read More
