星期三的專屬餐單會定期更新，今次前菜是春卷及田園沙律，兩者都是自家制出品，春卷鬆脆爽口，入口回味，而自家制沙律菜鮮甜無比，原來逢星期二是他們自家農場的收割日，收割完的蔬菜會直送到餐廳，並且可直送到預先訂購顧客的家中。主菜三選一，我們選了慢煮雞胸及慢煮牛面肉，原來慢煮雞胸是他們一位學員的創新菜，配以芝士磨菇醬及椰菜花蓉，感覺清新，椰菜花蓉貌似薯蓉，但比薯蓉更健康及沒有飽脹感，令人一嚐愛上，而慢煮雞胸絕對是考驗主廚的烹飪實力，雞胸入口嫩滑，配以芝士磨菇醬，完全將雞胸帶入另一個層次。另一主菜慢煮牛面肉，牛肉味香，入口有嚼勁而不堅韌，令人能夠品嚐牛肉的原始風味。當看見並品嚐到如此高質的菜式後，已經令人完全忘記所有菜式均出自自閉症朋友之手，絕對稱得上色香味俱全。
