家庭式經營嘅禤師傅私房菜係不少食家嘅口袋名單,由禤師傅親自操刀下廚,擁有逾 50 年中菜及酒店行政總廚經驗,功力相當深厚,而禤太負責每日採購同樓面,原店於上年結業,早前宣佈另擇新址重開,新店還未有機會到訪,來回顧一下舊店的出品!店內以游水海鮮作招徠,需預先訂位,但舊舖環境仲地踎過熟食中心啲大排檔,一路食一路好多飛飛,相信新店衞生情況會有所改善。

蟶子皇粗到手指公咁 🤯 豉香十足又唔死鹹,火候蒸得剛好超彈牙,最後留返啲蔥撈飯吸晒豉汁精華,Jap 爆!!!!好 L 正 😍⋄ 椒鹽瀨尿蝦

湯汁濃郁,豆苗嫩綠無渣,正常發揮啦

菜品水準不錯,點菜時建議問吓當日有咩靚嘢,揀返師傅拿手嘅菜式;海鮮高質但價錢偏高,時價記得問清楚價錢先落單,普遍定價係貴過西貢同布袋澳,三個女仔食咗成 $2700 都幾誇張,呢個價位大把選擇,咁嘅環境嚟講我哋覺得唔值,一大班人嚟可能會好啲(?)而且店內只收現金,食之前記得撳定錢 🤣
