呢個天氣最好跟行山團隊行下山!!一來有益身心!!二來行山之一嘅一大好處就係可以去到平日去吾到嘅地方享用美食!!這日行到粉嶺沙頭角三椏村嘅福利茶室享用客家菜!!多人食嘢好處係可以試到好多餸!!八餸一甜品!!客家走地鷄、客家炆豬肉、梅菜蒸茄子、椒鹽鮮魷、手打墨魚丸、客家釀豆腐,蒜容炒菜、豉油王炒麵同香滑豆腐花!!最正竟然係……梅菜蒸茄子!!原條茄子蒸原來好好味!!雖然淡D但加埋梅菜食剛剛好!!椒盬鲜鱿有驚喜!!有咖哩味㗎!!而且好香脆!!其他食物就一般啦!!不過勝在食到風味!!小貼士: 可能假日先開㗎!! continue reading

The best salted pepper squid and fried bean curd can be found here. It is worth the 2 hour hike to get here from Wu Kau Tang or you can also come via speedboat from Tai Mei Tuk or even from Ma Liu Shui. It is definitely a rewarding experience to sit down and enjoy a cold drink as well as a quality meal after a long walk. This place is a like a genuine Hong Kong bed and breakfast, because they even have dorms where you can stay overnight. All the food was delicious, but the salted pepper was to die for. We ordered 6 plates of it, because we couldn't get enough of it. The service was quick and friendly. Upon request they immediately gave us English menus and took our order and our food came pouring in within a reasonably quick amount of time. The vegetable dishes available are bak choy and choi sum and they are made with garlic and very savoury. The yangzhou fried rice was also very tasty as well as the Singaporean fried noodles. What was really surprised was the fried bean curd. I never knew that bean curd could be so scrumptious until today. the bean curd comes served in cut up cubes along with a nice dish of spring onion sauce to dip it into. The chicken was a bit bony and difficult to find lots of meat on it, but it was also good and came with a very good ginger sauce. The pork taro dish was also very tasty, but very salty and had lots of fat in it. The steamed fish was also a favourite dish of our meal. 客家菜,一向又香又好味,呢間茶室都可以做得到。環境清優,舒服,好多行山人士都會喺度停一停,休一休。特別嘅地方,配特殊的懷舊,別有一翻風味。佢地嘅大茶壺,亦係其中一個特色。客家豬肉,香又不膩,不過啲咸菜咸咗啲。。不過都好好食。釀豆腐的豆腐超滑,食完會想再食。蕃薯苗,嫩滑。吸精的原隻梅菜蒸茄子,味道好夾,茄子新鮮,好juicy。推介煎蠔餅,真正的煎蠔餅。。啲蠔仔多到你唔信。蛋香,蠔香。白切雞,本身凍食嘅,不過唔太熟,要翻一翻熱水,不過味道都無太大分別。瘦就瘦啲,不過都ok嘅最後,香滑豆腐花,一定要試。糯米糍係一定要食,皮薄餡靚,食完包你買走,唔好走寶啦。 continue reading

新春行大運,浩浩蕩蕩一行十多人由新娘潭作起點,途經烏蛟騰,三亞村,茘枝窩,最後回到新娘潭終結。沿途多是荒癈村屋,好不容易有間小小茶室,聽聞驟有名氣。雖然我們己食過自己帶來的午餐,只見白板上寫著豆腐花三個字,大家的眼睛己發亮了。豆香撲鼻,入口滑溜,熱辣辣,有𦍑汁或黃糖可自由選擇。我則加了少許羗汁,好香好濃郁的味,特別醒神。價錢只十三元一碗,好抵食。食過香滑豆花後感覺能量增加了.....可繼續前行。 continue reading

週日到烏蛟騰及荔枝窩一帶行山,午飯時間途經三椏村的福利茶室作小休及補給。 雖然地處偏遠,但因茶室座落山徑必經之路,假日山客十分多。部份山客直接在茶室享用炒粉麵飯及小炒作午膳;筆者則選擇享用甜品,一客美味的山水豆腐花。 未知何故,山水豆腐花一向是各大小山徑的人氣小吃,店員也密密手在準備豆腐花。一客美味的豆腐花最緊要豆香滑溜,這碗作品確實有不俗評分。除了黃糖外,茶室亦備有薑汁作調味。相比黃糖,帶甜的薑汁口味更佳更自然。 稍作歇息,又要整裝代發重身上路喇! continue reading
