老公係網上見好多朋友都介紹話有好多特式點心,所以我地出開銅鑼灣就帶我同大少嚟食個豐富午餐。酒樓設係地庫,環境都好寬敞雅致,仲帶有點點古典味道。而整體上嘅座位都好寬敞,沒有壓迫感。而我地就被安排類似廂房嘅四人坐,有特式之餘仲帶點點私隱,感覺真係唔錯。除了燒味之外,仲有即製即蒸嘅點心,而且種類都多,單睇點心紙都想樣樣都食呀。先嚟網上極級推薦嘅即燒伊比利亞叉燒皇,叉燒皇肉質鮮嫩多汁,油脂分佈均勻,而鬆軟細膩帶而個蜜汁醬醃得好夠味。表面微焦帶嚟層次感,入口非常甘香。  仲有老公大讚嘅蜜汁脆燒鱔,燒鱔外表燒得金黃色,入口酥脆內鱔肉就好厚實鮮嫩,配合埋蜜汁甜味,令人一食難忘。非常特別嘅黑松露燒鵝腸粉,腸粉皮薄又夠軟滑,入面餡料十足,黑松露燒鵝肉有配濃嘅鵝香再加埋黑松露,估唔到兩者個味道係咁夾,絕對係驚喜之作。大少至愛就一定係依個香濃雞湯蟹肉灌湯餃,灌湯餃非常大隻,餃皮亦都夠薄,內餡包住蟹肉、鮮蝦碎、肉碎等非常足料,而香濃雞湯都非常清甜,而且飲落唔口渴,應該係冇加味精,整體唔錯。帶子鳳眼餃個餃皮薄而煙韌,內餡嘅蝦球好彈牙,加埋面層嘅帶子與蟹籽,一齊食口感層次分明。神燈蝦餃皇同樣都係皮薄煙韌而且包裹著滿滿的蝦肉,肉質鮮甜爽口彈牙。潮州粉果外皮煙韌剔透,脹卜卜嘅內餡都同樣足料,有豬肉碎、蝦米、沙葛、菜脯、芫茜等,非常豐富有口感。醬皇蒸鳳爪味道醇厚,濃郁豆豉香氣加上微甜醬汁,口感滑嫩有彈性又夠淋身,肉汁滿滿。Read More
