星期六夜晚諗住簡單食，落左眾志堂食個快，睇睇廚師推介，有咸蛋肉餅飯$39，由於想食健康d,當晚得返唔多選擇，4寶飯同肉餅之間，揀左肉餅飯。一去到拎飯，個蒸飯用膠碗裝，已經心知不妙。 埋到位放入口，個肉餅應該係超市冷藏冰格果種，一放入口，個肉餅係濕既，唔係juicy果種，貼住肉餅既飯都係濕到溶既, 但膠碗底既飯係乾到變飯焦，一碗飯有多個層次真係唔簡單。咁既情況，個肉餅冇豬味冇咬口已經唔出奇，成個飯得舊咸蛋比較似樣。 飯堂既肉餅飯絕冇下次，下次都係食返此飯堂最正既燒味飯，完。…Read More

眾志堂為學生教職員提供早午晚宵夜一日四餐。我比較喜歡港式早餐，只需$28，有蛋、配料如午餐肉的湯粉，還有多士和熱飲，一定夠飽。午餐有燒味飯、廚師推介如魯肉飯和漢堡包餐，價格由$30至$40不等。宵夜則有中式點心供應。而一樓的眾Cafe，午餐時間提供和風美食，有壽喜燒定食、湯拉麵/稻庭烏冬、日丼定食和咖喱丼定食，價錢會較地下的食品高。今次選擇了照燒雞扒湯稻庭烏冬$49。湯底有兩種選擇：黑蒜醬油和豬骨湯。我選擇了豬骨湯，有一片日式魚卷、一條蟹柳、海帶和粟米粒，稻庭烏冬採用冰烏冬，比普通烏冬彈牙，而且份量不少照燒雞扒則中規中矩，有芝麻在雞皮上，雞皮有點脆，雞肉也有醃味，肉質不會很硬，以學生飯堂來說，質素還好…Read More
