眾所周知,北角是福建人在聚集凡地方,所以少見的福建食肆就坐落春秧街,雖然四周是街市,環境比較污衊,積水處處。店內裝潢簡單,提供食物種類似乎不及土瓜灣美景街的珠記。今次點了鮫魚羹,賣相其實似生菜魚肉,不過沒有生菜在內,鮫魚條比較韌,但又無乜魚味,只好灑點胡椒粉提味,湯底只是玻璃芡,毫無特色,也許配回麵條會好得多,相信今次是錯點了食物,會比多次機會。

The tofu was really firm tofu and quite salty too, both were delicious with the rice but I only had half of it to go with the rice because the taste was very strong.

I have not tried this before so I just ordered it and it was quite nice, they were probably pickled cucumbers or courgettes with pieces of pork.
The pickles were quite salty and delicious with the rice but probably tasted better when paired with congee.

I did not know what this was, but alot of people had it so I ordered it too.
The texture of the fish was really nice, it was flakey and similar to WHITING.
The fish was fully flavoured and quite salty which was perfect with the rice but the fish contains really fine soft bones.
The type of fish varies depending on what fish they have that day.

Walking down the busy market street, there is also a tram line so trams occasionally go past.
I had trouble locating this place because the Chinese characters at the front of the restaurant were different to the ones listed on OpenRice.

Anyway, finally found it and there were a few tables, the decor was slightly old.
Sat down and the menu was very simplistic too.

Tried the order those intestines stuffed with blood but they don't do them anymore, and tried to order the Taiwanese stir fried noodles but they did not have them either, so ordered the soup with intestines and savoury rice.

整理舊照,發現有幾張屬於此店,一於靠回憶來做食評。幾年前從集誌得知春秧街有間福建菜食店,再上op一看,所有評價都很正面,要試試了。有吃過炒麵線,材料豐富:蝦、豬肉、魚肉、菜等,做得乾爽不油膩,入口是鮃夾爽。五香卷,落單後即番煎熱上枱,咬下去味道帶一點臘腸似的,但外皮幾脆亦不算油膩。豬紅灌豬腸,如何把豬紅加入豬腸內實是無從得知,更想知道最早是誰發明這種吃法??牛肉更是那種和碗仔翅相類的質地,而它只有清清的數片牛肉和羗絲。咸飯:簡單美味而有家的感覺,魚乾、醃瓜、花生什豆再加點醬油撈均便成,淡淡咸香再加上魚乾花生等,有咬口亦能飽肚。最愛沙爹麵,帶杰的沙爹湯底配油麵,湯味香鮮且濃!其中當然有msg的作用,但基於偏心,我接受了它。再加上它的組合:不是蝦仔便是蠔仔、燕肉豬肉小棠菜,湯頭熱辣,吃時放些胡椒粉,不得了!

幾年前從集誌得知春秧街有間福建菜食店,再上op一看,所有評價都很正面,要試試了。有吃過炒麵線,材料豐富:蝦、豬肉、魚肉、菜等,做得乾爽不油膩,入口是鮃夾爽。五香卷,落單後即番煎熱上枱,咬下去味道帶一點臘腸似的,但外皮幾脆亦不算油膩。豬紅灌豬腸,如何把豬紅加入豬腸內實是無從得知,更想知道最早是誰發明這種吃法??牛肉更是那種和碗仔翅相類的質地,而它只有清清的數片牛肉和羗絲。咸飯:簡單美味而有家的感覺,魚乾、醃瓜、花生什豆再加點醬油撈均便成,淡淡咸香再加上魚乾花生等,有咬口亦能飽肚。最愛沙爹麵,帶杰的沙爹湯底配油麵,湯味香鮮且濃!其中當然有msg的作用,但基於偏心,我接受了它。再加上它的組合:不是蝦仔便是蠔仔、燕肉豬肉小棠菜,湯頭熱辣,吃時放些胡椒粉,不得了!

上上週末來試過之後,公司的老饕聽我形容,馬上約定今天要來北角試試福建炒麵。十二點半一休市立刻動身趕往北角,這種快速離開公司的感覺真是愉快。一行四人一點鐘抵達,站在門口等位置,同時女侍應已經招呼我們先點菜,「有d菜要整耐d,你地叫住先啦!」老饕與我立刻開始點菜,「炒麵」、「炒米粉」、「雞捲」、「蚵煎」下好單之後,前主管問我:「怎麼不用福建話點菜?」大佬,我上次有試過了但是溝通唔到呀!福州話跟台灣話是有蠻大差距的。前一桌客人離開之後,我們很自動的就自己進入店裡,老饕站在小小玻璃櫥前面說他一定要試試「醬瓜」,老闆娘很貼心的說「先來一份就好,吃的不夠再加。」我則是再點了兩條「蒸魚」,再加兩碗「鹹飯」。開開心心的吃完午餐,買單不過200元,我與前主管還各自外帶了饅頭與麥包,真是滿足的一餐!

原來這是蒸魚。女友是福建人的肥仔說先蒸一蒸再放進雪櫃即可。
醬瓜。極類似記憶中外婆做的味道!

首先送上來的是大力女王指定要吃的「交魚粳」。先試了一口湯,醋味有點過重,不太合味道,但是交魚粳則是十分新鮮滑口。

點的小菜「滷魚」「菜埔蛋」則隨後送到。

吃了一口魚,台灣傳統道地小吃的記憶立刻湧上心頭。魚肉滷的有淡淡醬油味,與魚的鮮味一同呈現,滷過後的魚肉與魚皮也變的更細更嫩更滑,不像潮州滷魚皮會很硬、肉會有點乾澀。

轉頭跟大力女王說:「這個魚好有台灣味、好傳統喔。」,女王嚐了一口立刻說:「對耶好傳統!而且很好吃!」

然後我才一訕笑!這是福建口味的真真美食店,不是台灣味。多數台灣人都是由福建過海定居的後代子弟,吃到福建菜覺得像是吃到台灣菜,那就是吃到祖先的美味了!

菜埔蛋也是相當「台式」的做法,將切丁的菜埔混在蛋中乾炒成碎蛋,只是台式的菜埔會切的再小一點點,口感會更好一點。

最後送上了主角「福建炒麵」,未送入口先看賣像已經十分!麵是條條分明不會糊成一團,混合著肉片、蔥、高麗菜一起炒,上面擺著兩尾蝦,還熱呼呼的冒著煙,令人食指大動。

一入口令我瞬間感覺回到台灣的路邊熱炒一百,這個炒麵的功力實在很好!麵條夠爽口也夠油,肉片、蔥、高麗菜炒的都相當有咬勁,火候十足!

埋了單之後我還捨不得離開,站在店門口東張西望,侍應探出頭來問我是不是還要些什麼,於是再買了一個熱呼呼的「手工白饅頭」吃,夠鬆、夠軟、愈嚼愈甜。

在台灣也很難找到這麼有傳統滋味的店了,下次多帶幾個台灣朋友一起來試試看這祖先的美味!
