早排去左鹿頸郊遊,遇上好有客家風味的茶座😝 行左成粒鐘,決定坐低嘆番碗豆腐花😋一坐低,就有陣陣海風吹過黎,好舒服呀!!個碗同枱布顏色都好似夾過咁喎😆枱上有黃糖提供,可以自行決定落多少~淡淡豆味,糖水不過甜或太淡。適合我口味!值得一提嘅係,一路坐我一路研究佢嘅餐牌。好吸引!有唔少自家客家小菜😯黃酒雞、荔芋炆鴨等等都幾有特色!我地仲聽到應該係熟客專程嚟買左枝黃酒,話番屋企就咁飲同煮餸喎😆 continue reading

3/5味道不錯,不過遠啲啫,樂意再來。Taste nice, alittle fat, willing to come back again.(中英雙語,Chinese and English review)今日嘅黃酒雞係主角,我覺得店家係成支黃酒直接就用嚟煮雞,完全冇落水或其他液體,酒味非常之香濃。一開頭可能會以為淡味唔夠鹹,但係佢嘅咸味係入咗喉嚨之後先慢慢滲出來,飲飲下其實你反而會覺得咸咗啲。隻雞就係走地雞嚟嘅,但係就變咗會實啲同埋鞋。蠔餅啲蠔就冇問題嘅,但係個餅就唔知點解又厚又實。清炒油麥菜好鮮甜,可能因為望住個海景,背住個山食。甜品豆腐花正常,無乜特別。(Google translate)Today's rice wine chicken is the star. 4月18日我們一班同事共八人,由烏蛟騰行山到鹿頸,途中必會經過谷埔,已知在谷埔有出名的松記士多,在鳳坑則有盈佳茶座,兩者都是遊人安歇和補充飲食的地方。以前曾在松記士多午饍,食物味道很好,但未去過盈佳茶座。寫松記士多的人不少,但沒有人寫過盈佳茶座,臨行前我也從網上找資料,盈佳茶座的評價毀譽參半。耤今次行程,我也抱著碰碰運氣來試試,結果並沒有使人失望,所以我也來寫一寫盈佳茶座 。聯絡過松記士多和盈佳茶座,松記平日不會開檔,只售買普通甜品和飲料給遊人,盈佳茶座則有提供午膳。但致電老板後,勸喻最好能早一天預訂,以便準備食品。所以我便做早一天向老闆訂了一位圍,包括出名的客家黃酒雞和新鮮走地白切雞,還有煎饟山水豆腐。老闆為我們添加了一條新鮮的游水魚和油菜,芋頭炆鴨,客家炆豬肉和雞蛋煎蠔餅共八樣餸菜。食物方面,網上有人批評黃酒雞酒味淡,雞肉也鞋。但今次我們可能早一天預訂,老闆為我們提供了新鮮走地雞。黃酒雞雞湯夠味,酒味道濃沃,雞肉雖然煲過湯,但肉質鬆軟易入口。走地白切雞鮮嫩可口,雞的大小有如某酒樓的兩隻一蚊雞相加,個個讚口不絕,兩道餸都比我們清光了。游水魚忘了是什麼魚,老闆說是我們到了才蒸的,大家都説未吃過如此新鮮的魚。另外煎饟山水豆腐的味道大家也是同聲讚好,老細說菜是從沙頭角新鮮運來的,炒得鮮甜可口,雞蛋炒蠔餅的蠔也是自家採摘新鮮的。這裏沿海都長滿生蠔,有不少人在淺灘處開蠔,所以我們都沒有懷疑老闆所說的。芋頭炆鴨的芋頭很淋,都入了味,老板在電話透露了是早一日弄好的。鴨是是斬件的,但較碎,肉件少。客家炆豬肉醬汁味道濃沃,肥豬肉入口即溶,但豬肉份量少,我們八人,應叫兩份才夠。老闆儍儍的竟然忘了煮飯,於是我們炒了兩碟米粉,炒米粉份量夠,味道也炒得剛好,不會太鹹,也沒有油,很乾身。餐後各人照例一嘗山水一豆腐花和涼粉,雖然大家都飽了,但毫不影向豆腐花的味道,是不是山水不知道,但真的很滑,涼粉味道沒有甚麼特別,但也可口。但大家必須記住,我們是平日到來的,到達的時候已是下午二時多,只得我們一圍,所以老闆只需招呼我們,態度殷切。味道、衛生和環境上大家也不要和出面的大酒樓相比。這裏始終是鄉村地方,吃的是風土人情 。當天雖然也有27度,但天陰有涼風,我們吃的時候有如在冷氣房中,大家非常舒服,且面向大海,背向農田,風景是一流的。聽老板說暑假會休息,因天時暑熱,遊人稀少。總括來說,大家都很滿意這一餐。 continue reading
