To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個百方豬扒便當$63，跟餐仲有一杯阿薩姆紅茶。豬扒都幾軟熟唔會過腍過硬，醃料味道都幾好，不會過鹹，我覺得都係一個好食嘅豬扒嚟嘅，便當旁邊仲有菜、雞蛋、粟米同埋菜脯，撈埋個飯入面都好食，真係正正常常一個台灣鐵路便當嘅感覺，我覺得冇人哋講得咁差嘅，我覺得喺銅鑼灣呢個價錢仲跟埋杯嘢飲算係咁啦
