新開的大少店,裝修簡潔光猛,睇落好似大過以前舊店。餐前小食: 菜莆、豆腐乾,用嚟餸粥一流;工夫茶未夠濃。份量算多,海哲爽口,雞絲鹹鹹哋,加啲麻油會更香!簡單的配搭,但唔係間間食肆都整得好食,呢間都唔例外。雞肉大件但唔滑、亦唔入味,應該係調味醬唔夠濃,好彩川椒葉炸得脆,食落唔會成口油。見個個食評都讚,就即管試吓,朋友咬一啖就吐返出嚟,我就夾硬食咗一塊。鱔本身係爽口,但煙燻味太重,我哋接受唔到又食唔出其他味。半份價錢都唔平,留返三塊喺度真係有啲浪費牛肉好稔,粉絲冇黏埋一嚿,個人喜歡香濃有花生粒嘅沙嗲,呢煲未夠出色。用煎的方法較健康,唔多油,蛋香蠔仔多,當晚最好食蝦棗大粒但唔夠彈牙,蟹棗炸得太乾,好嚡!唔係好甜,銀杏綠豆都煲到好稔!聽聞大少店係舊店後人主理,加入新菜式。但我覺得舊店食物有傳統潮州特色和味道,已經食唔返了!Read More
