幾年前,朋友帶我去太子食過相當出名嘅餃子店,用老火靚湯配鮮味飽滿嘅餃子
🥟。自此,三不五時就會去食。屋企附近都開過幾間餃子店,都係用老火湯配餃子,但唔知係唔係先入為主,總是覺得一係個湯唔夠鮮甜,一係隻餃子唔夠好味。食過1次,都冇想再返去食第二次😅。但是,最近新開的這一間就令我忍唔住食咗幾次🤩,終於唔使專登行去太子食餃子了!佢哋嘅湯底係 椰子雞豬骨湯底,奶白色濃湯,一上桌就聞到濃濃的椰子香味,湯底鮮甜味美。
我之前食過韭菜鮮肉餃,白菜鮮肉餃,今次就食雙拼餃子,韭菜拼椰菜鮮肉餃。餃子飽滿美味,非常大隻,但我都係鍾意韭菜鮮肉餃多啲。
唯一可惜是沒有好味的辣菜甫,這裏也有菜甫,但味道一般,試過一次之後我都冇再食。…Read More
