To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工鬆一鬆既時間又到!太子百利火鍋海鮮酒家,打邊爐首選,唔唔怕夜晚晚冇野食。太子地鐵站隔離,步行1分鐘。入番正題,晚上9點後入座有折,呢個時段梗係食海鮮!如果第一次入黎食既朋友唔洗擔心,店員會有「時日推介」,今日既推介係聖子,肥牛,海蝦!聖子,雞,魚,菜,有魚有肉!無限時嫁!全部食材都新鮮,店內地方乾淨整潔👍唔好睇小呢鍋薑蔥枝竹鯇魚鍋,廚師有先把大大條既鯇魚尾輕煎兩面,無咁易散,記得要耐心等條魚骨熟,可以整條拎出拎放喺碟,點豉油食!未落肉前,可以飲碗湯,正!我同老公都滿足攬住個肚番屋企!下次想食火鍋,記得黎試吓👍

今日同個同事去百利打邊爐,百利出名用料新鮮,又係老字號,今晚叫左細牛肉、大蟶子、海棕蝦、椒鹽鮮魷同兩支Asahi其實我成日自己一個人嚟食,食慣晒㗎啦,啲店員都認得我牛肉勁新鮮,牛味十足蟶子鮮味彈牙,10秒左右就得㗎啦海棕蝦隻隻有膏,鮮味十足椒鹽鮮魷就例牌好食,配埋個喼汁一流芫荽皮蛋湯夠晒味,夠晒下火嚟呢度呢預咗要貴啲,但勝在物有所值,兩個人你預$1000左右啦,耐唔耐食一次冇乜所謂嘅,大家都嚟試吓啦

環境與氣氛 ★★★★☆太子區一帶嘅地下舖,裝修唔算豪華,但座位舒適,行動空間足夠,幾多人齊齊打邊爐都唔會太侷促。店內燈光柔和,氛圍溫馨,適合朋友同家庭食飯。服務 ★★★★☆侍應有禮貌,上菜速度穩定,服務效率高而且態度友善。呼叫侍應即刻有人回應,轉鍋底同煲水都安排得好妥當。食物質素 ★★★★☆海底狗肉鍋底:即係魚片(沙皮魚)湯底,味道濃郁,用嚟煮海鮮幾合適。老虎班:主角之一,魚肉切件厚實,鮮甜彈牙,落鍋涮幾下即可享受。【必試!】手切本地肥牛:油花分佈平均,稍涮即溶,入口滿足感強,火鍋吃肉嘅一大 highlight。妙制西洋菜餃:西洋菜餡料清新,皮薄餡靚,口感爽利,與蝦餃類點心有得揮。新鮮雞件:新鮮雞,中規中矩。瑤柱鯪魚滑:質地彈牙,鯪魚滑散發㾗香,帶少少傳統蛋白質嘅打邊爐風味。抵食程度(性價比) ★★★★☆雖然人均約 $400‑$500,唔算平,但海鮮同肉類用料新鮮、份量十足,加上服務唔錯,都算值返票價。對比同區域其他中高檔火鍋店屬合理範圍。總結百利嘅強項係食材質素穩定,老虎斑同手切肥牛尤其突出。環境舒適、服務有禮,適合朋友同家人聚餐。唯一要提醒係,價格略高,但以質取勝。

今日我經過太子,見到有一間火鍋店,叫百利火鍋海鮮酒家,我去咗食晚飯。火鍋店門口展示咗唔少新鮮嘅食材,可以話係非常之吸引。嚟到火鍋海鮮酒家,點可以唔食海鮮?我就點咗佢哋嘅老虎斑同埋龍蝦仔套餐。呢個套餐價錢唔貴,只需要$488。套餐啱啱上碟嘅時候我忍唔住話哇咗一聲。套餐嘅擺盤非常之吸引,所有食材都擺放得好整齊。味道方面,老虎斑嘅魚皮爽口彈牙,肉質鮮甜,沾上自己調配嘅醬汁,真係食到舔舔脷。龍蝦方面,餐廳已經幫我預先處理好,所以只需要簡單烹調,唔需要再額外花時間拆除龍蝦殼。蝦肉入口爽甜,兩款海鮮都非常之新鮮。估唔到可以用呢一個價錢,就可以食到咁新鮮嘅海鮮,下次再嚟嘅時候,我會試吓點其他菜式。
