To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 諗左好耐，終於諗到食梅菜蒸鯇魚，而且都很久沒有食過。鯇魚都很有鮮味，但點比Ｄ魚尾個客人呢？？好多骨呀。。。。。。。鯇魚下面放了豆卜，是不錯的，但太豆卜吸哂D鹹味，勁鹹，勁鹹。。。。。。。。到白飯了，在點餐時都問了我想要白飯的，是可以嗎？女職員都說可以的。而且單據上寫明是香軟白飯的，但點知最後都是給了藜麥飯，我就是不想食藜麥，先點白飯。最生氣的地方是，個女職員明明執緊枱，見到有食物要送餐，雙手沒有消毒就直接取食物，是十分不衛生行為。。。…Read More
