上次入嚟食酒店嘅lunch buffet , 見到呢間,今次特登入嚟試。叫咗~白鬚牛骨湯飯 真白鬚(淨牛丸) 酸辣鳳爪 蔬菜春卷(半份) 炸薯寶淨牛丸,有啲炸薄脆片,面頭牛丸,大約六粒,墊底係芽菜,湯小小濃~可以,牛丸口感同味道唔似出面牛腩麵檔果啲,又唔彈牙,味道又唔特出~一般般。牛骨湯飯~湯底清湯咁,無乜味,牛骨二舊仔,喺上面鋪左啲牛肉,牛腩條之類,一樣都係一般般。二樣小食唔使講,香口野無話唔好食,性價比以薯寶較好,三條春卷仔(半份)$26.酸辣鳳爪,面頭加啲甜酸酸菜,增加唔小分數。埋單$421,坦白講食完都唔係好飽。回頭度:4/10感覺食物選擇唔多,質素中間,比起一般嘅印尼餐廳係好啲,起碼衛生同格局都好好多,個人覺得食物未去到好好食果隻,唔會值得專登揸車入嚟食,但今晚佢哋又幾好生意,個人覺得會唔會係呢間酒店無其他選擇,而啲人又唔想行老遠去食?以上純粹個人食後分享,絶無收受任何利益或優惠,亦願意承擔所有責任。Read More

很久前已聽說過這間位於西貢市中心的餐廳,但因一直在推廣它們的牛骨湯飯及牛丸,對不吃牛的我們,吸引力自然不大,之後聽說因某些原因而結業了。😅早前聽某網上節目才知,原來它們已回歸,並重新在西貢WM酒店內LG樓層開業,而印尼雞湯飯及印尼炒飯,更是今次的重點推介。😍因中午不設預訂,我們在開門前半小時已到達,並成為第一個進入的客人,印尼雞湯飯及印尼炒飯自然是不二之選,另加泰式魚餅(半份)、粟米墨魚餅(半份)及二杯熱咖啡。😋坐下末夠半小時,店內已全院爆滿,而且已開始有不少人在門外排隊,認真誇張。😱泰式魚餅~外酥內爽彈,帶有魚肉的嚼勁和豆角的香脆,散發出淡淡檸檬葉和香茅香氣,整體味道不錯。粟米墨魚餅~外皮炸得微脆,墨魚肉爽口彈牙,配上香甜粟米,真係無得輸,而且即叫即炸,保證新鮮熱辣。印尼雞湯飯~如不加辣醬,就適合吃不到辣的我(老婆當然就要大量),還嘗到它們自家製的辣醬;雞肉嫩滑不過熟,湯底香濃惹味,一向少吃飯的老婆,也吃得津津有味。🤭印尼炒飯(少辣)~飯炒得乾身,粒粒分明,少少辣食落更加惹味又吸引,表面加上太陽蛋、番茄、青瓜及蝦片,不但有效降低油膩感,而且更加健康。熱咖啡香濃,帶少許炭火香,比較適合喜歡濃味的人仕,可惜香味比較淡薄。☕️據說晚上還有烤魚、烤蝦及烤魷魚食,下次可以再來試試!😬#泰式魚餅(半份) $30#粟米墨魚餅(半份) $30#印尼雞湯飯 $88#印尼炒飯 $128#熱咖啡 #白鬚 (西貢)地址: 香港西貢惠民路28號WM酒店LG樓B3號舖電話: +852 27203168Read More

話說今日打完波,見揸開車就過去西貢市中心到搵好西,上網搵先發現原來白鬚搬咗鋪,所以過嚟試一試。Spring Rolls 炸得好脆,好香口,配埋甜辣醬好開胃Soto Ayam w/ Noodles,個雞湯味好濃,啲肉仲係滑嘅,好正。喺外邊食唔到呢只味😋😋😋Beef Bone Soup w/ Rice ,牛肉湯個味好清甜,肉就偏硬咗少少,如果淋啲會更好最後叫咗個Affogato, 叫咗個椰子味雪糕,加埋杯espresso,撈埋一齊真係好好味🤤整體嚟講都keep到個水準。Read More

「白鬚」一直都好想去試,但碼頭嗰邊間舊舖宣佈結業,結果都無去幫襯。依家知道係 WM Hotel 嗰邊重開新店,而且舖位仲大咗,當然要去食啦。餐廳最出名嘅「白鬚牛骨湯飯」,已經沽清,殘念。白鬚印尼牛丸粉($85)接近30分鐘先上枱。牛骨湯聞落好香,但飲落好清淡。牛丸有5粒,黑椒味重,牛味一般,彈牙。湯粉係幼米粉,質地夠彈性,唔會一夾就斷,而且唔糊口,口感不錯。要咗少辣,會係牛丸上吱啲酸酸辣辣嘅醬。另外仲有一粒炸得太乾嘅炸雲吞、一片鬆脆嘅雲吞皮、一粒豆卜、一堆芽菜。印尼雞湯飯($88)唔使5分鐘就上枱。湯底係微辣嘅黃薑雞湯,味道濃郁,但唔油膩,不錯。雞肉切粒,份量不少,可能係一直煮,所以肉質唔太嫩滑。另外仲有一大塊香脆印尼蝦片、半隻烚蛋、一粒豆卜、一堆芽菜及椰菜。沙嗲雞串($63)約15分鐘上枱。有三大串,烤得好靚,聞落已經好香。雞串本身已經好夠味,而且外層微微焦香,裡面肉質嫩滑,再點埋沙嗲,味道層次再提升,好食。老實講,食物質素唔錯,餐廳空間感夠,環境可以,但收費始終略嫌進取。個人覺得係值得一試,但會否再次幫襯就要睇情況了。PS:另收加一服務費。Read More
