尋日工作關係經過, 見到門口寫住' 可能係你食過最正斗o既雲吞麵',都係廿蚊, 好奇入去試o下,不過可以話唔算正斗o羅!湯底無味, 雲吞d蝦唔算好新鮮, 無鮮甜味, 最差係d 麵, 唔算爽口都算, 而係咬落有咸味,相信係打麵時落鹽太重手, 只能算係14, 5 蚊的普通貨色!見貼住d 剪報介紹牛腩, 下次都會o黎試o下,雲吞麵就唔使再試啦! continue reading

李笠翁在閒情偶語中有論食肉 : " 肉食者鄙,非鄙其食肉,鄙其不善謀也。食肉之人之不善謀者,以肥膩之精液,結而為脂,蔽障胸臆,尤之茅塞其心,使之不復有竅也。" 其實多嚼肥肉者會否因脂肪積聚而茅塞其心,不能善謀,令人變成傻瓜蠢才,本無甚科學証據,現代人大可一笑置之。只知牛腩如肉質缺乏脂肪,貌作 "瘦骨嶙峋" 狀者,吾必敬而遠之,畢竞膻香甘腴的牛腩才更合我口胃。生龍牛腩的特點就是濃。煽牯的魔力與普通貨色不可同日而語,肉味濃郁而質感腍滑。牛腩高湯完全與店名貼題,屬清湯派。據了解是每天用數十斤原條牛骨和素菜熬成,本屬佳品,可惜清淡有餘而甘香不足。需知如用牛骨熬湯需將骨頭打碎,骨髓中精華才可盡入於湯中.....這裡的咖哩是巴基斯坦和馬來西亞式的混合體 , 稀稠程度在兩者之間,內含不少香料。一般的咖哩牛腩總像某牌子巧克力奶廣告說 - 有巧克力味就沒有牛奶味;有咖哩味就沒有牛膻味。拜託味濃的煽牯,讓廚子難得地找到了和咖哩的平衡點,味道令人興奮,齒頰留香。鮮西紅柿牛腩湯飯活像家庭式製作一樣,用材以新鮮取勝,但始終西紅柿如何新鮮,與牛腩總有格格不入之感,只好遺憾說句 - 不是我那杯茶...鮮蝦雲吞完全是個敗筆。高湯材料充實,散發濃厚大地魚乾和蝦籽香氣,本屬可取。可惜雲吞卻竞用上了漂白剝殼蝦,實在有點虎頭蛇尾。提議店主還是結結實實專注做好牛腩好了。市場上雲吞高手林立,珠玉在前,想要做到鶴立雞群,談何容易.....單從淨牛腩的角度我想生龍不比任何一家名店遜色。我愛它的牛腩和咖哩.....但恐怕暫時亦是僅只如此。店主標榜食物不含味精 - 真材實料,不加修飾的自然美,這當然是好。但雖是美人胚子,有時略為塗脂抹粉卻又有另一種美態。醫學證明,純正不含雜質的味精不會引起一般人有的 MSG syndrome。既是如此,廚師偶然為食材「淡掃鵝眉」一番,令吃官來個「咀前一亮」,無傷大雅,其實又有何可........是次評分 : 75 分 continue reading

據聞這裡的清湯腩不錯,但我又從來沒見識過,今次就唔跟大隊去吃飯,獨先走過來吃碗清湯腩。坐低二話不說要碗招牌清湯腩河,看著電視直播的東亞乒乓球賽,不一會便有得吃了。例牌是喝湯,頗為清甜,河粉也爽滑;附送的幾件蘿蔔,炆得夠稔身,沒有渣,味道又是清甜美味;牛腩每件都是夾雜點肥肉,正合心意,只瘦肉部份稍稍韌了一點,但也不是很嚴重。飲杯順喉的熱菜蜜,感覺挺舒服的。看到了那張埋單紙,店方亦鼓勵食客到OpenRice表達意見,我想也是值得支持。 continue reading

接完男友放工, 行過呢度, 見到d牌寫到好似好好味咁, 就行左入去試.叫左幾樣野:清湯腩+雲吞麵x2 ($29@):牛腩幾好, 仲可以講要林d爽d肥d定瘦d. 不過今次餓得濟餓到唔記得講. d腩真係比一般既好.至於雲吞, 佢出面個牌寫住 "可能係你食過最好味既雲吞". 試過之後, 果然好好味!!! 真係我食過最好味既雲吞黎架!!!個湯底都好正. 平時我食呢d粉麵必定會落辣椒油. 但今次, 個湯底好飲到我唔捨得落辣椒油!d麵都好爽口, 真係好好味呀!!! 腩汁淋蘿蔔 ($7):佢所謂既腩汁唔係出面果d啡色汁, 準確d黎講其實係個湯黎架. 不過d蘿蔔唔係好得, 超級硬, 好似唔係好熟咁, 想用筷子篤都好難篤得入. 我地食左幾啖就無食喇. 驚消化不良.杞子花雕醉雞翼 ($16):雞翼好凍. d汁唔夠酒味. d雞翼又"鞋" 又硬 又苦. 我地咬左幾咬都無食喇. 因為真係好"鞋"!!! 呢個係我食過咁多最唔得既花雕雞翼.... 我地黎果陣, 見差唔多個個都叫咖哩牛腩飯, 應該真係好好味. 下次試下先~ 不過絕對唔會再叫小食... 怕怕.....同埋有一樣唔明白... 點解呢間野會無炸魚皮賣既呢???? continue reading
