深水埗實在有太多平民美食,特色餐廳。想食港式粉麵,行到去福榮街咁啱就見到這間「生龍清湯腩」😍二話不說入去坐低開餐先~套餐、特色餐、下午茶餐選擇非常多!先來這個雙寶河粉配青檸7喜鮮蝦雲吞併坑腩。份量超大,湯底勁清甜,冇乜油份👍🏻坑腩層次分明,有連接着筋部,爽中帶軟腍,一層薄薄嘅肥膏連接着,入口甘香鬆軟,肉味香濃!雖然有啲貴不過真係好回味!雲吞都係店家得意之作。大細適中,包着嘅鮮蝦味道濃郁。套餐的青檸七喜冇貨,轉為鹹檸七。鹹檸夠味,冰凍解油膩🌟👍🏻再來一碗「清湯腩河」。湯底清甜,冇味精添加。河粉滑溜~本想+$升級沙腩,可是每日限量發售嘅崩沙腩,爽腩和坑腩都售罄~配油菜一碟。平平無奇一碟菜心添上腩汁感覺截然不同~味道提升幾倍。腩汁唔會好鹹,令菜心柔潤香甜!薄餅咖喱牛下午茶餐睇餐牌「巴基斯坦咖喱系列」都係店家招牌菜,在聲量調小,中定大辣,即刻感受到製作認真唔好亂嚟,叫咗小辣。咖喱好香,香料味重,辛辣度十足非常刺激。牛肉片唔少,再配熱辣辣嘅牛油薄餅,真係太美妙!風味十足!難得同一餐可以食到清湯腩同巴基斯坦咖喱都係一樣美味。😋😋凍美祿推介這款特飲,好濃郁嘅美祿,仲似係加咗鮮奶,飲到尾仲係好厚身掛杯,比好多東南亞餐廳做得更美味!👍🏻👍🏻白灼三併水魷魚,牛柏葉和唔知係雞腸定係鵝腸~最出色就係個洋蔥/薑蔥豉油,靈魂所在超美味!餐廳竟然仲有自家製嘅糕點。$12蚊3件抵食。桂花紅棗糕和雪耳桂花糕,桂花味道清香。好厲害一間小店可以有咁多特色美味小食!

今日放工出深水埗黃金購物,順道逛逛玩具街,當然要喺附近地道食店食番餐,位於福榮街嘅《生龍清湯腩》遠近馳名。崩沙腩同爽腩咁矜貴原因係每800斤牛只有1斤4両崩沙腩,2斤4兩嘅爽腩,每日限量發售,今晚得爽腩,坐坐下連爽腩都反埋牌喇。極品爽腩~嘩嘩嘩,賣相已經好吸引,爽嘅部位有一層薄軟膠質,爽軟不硬,黐住肥位,食落有多重口感,牛肉味香濃,爽得嚟滑捋捋,肉嘅部分都炆得好淋,仲有幾件白蘿蔔,煮得夠淋又入味。咖哩牛筋肚飯(小辣)~咖哩都係呢度嘅招牌菜,牛筋及牛肚可以一齊上,同樣都係乜得好淋好入味,咖哩配飯一流。蜆蚧鯪魚球~叫多個小食,炸鯪魚球,即叫即炸,熱辣辣小心燙口,果然好好食,真材實料,正!不得不提,佢個XO辣醬都好惹味!咸檸七~食得肥膩又食咖哩,來一個咸檸七解一解油膩。臨走嘅時候見到門口有自家製甜品,桂花糕、馬豆糕、紅豆糕等,街坊價,抵食。

喺「黃金」買完嘢,打算食埋飯先返屋企。有人心血來潮話想食牛腩,記得附近有間「生龍清湯腩」,主打金牌巴基斯坦咖喱同秘製清湯腩,一於過去碰吓運氣。餐牌選項很豐富,除了兩大招牌菜,另外仲有正斗雲吞麵、蕃茄濃湯、中西飯類、小食及消暑特飲等。點咗碟招牌清湯腩 同 金牌咖喱薯仔牛腩飯,再加多碟墨魚餅同腐乳通菜,兩個人食啱啱好。招牌清湯腩 ($142) 牛腩採用新鮮貨,食落牛味超濃香,每口都充滿甜美肉汁,配合經長時間煲煮而成嘅牛腩清湯,甘香豐腴,連蘿蔔也清新爽甜,令人食指大動。至於另一客金牌咖喱薯仔牛腩飯 ($79),水準亦一流!咖喱用天然香料,配以大量蔬菜,經多個小時熬成,入口有好濃郁香料味,偏辣、但頗有層次,正宗巴基斯坦風味。牛腩炆得很腍很入味,肉質鬆化,配上咖喱薯仔同吃,極為惹味,叫人停不了口!自家製香煎墨魚餅 ($42) 墨魚餅爽滑有咬口,食落墨魚味好重,香口彈牙,配埋個酸甜汁,真係無得彈。腐乳通菜 ($18) 時菜有菜心、芥蘭、腩汁生菜、湯浸西洋菜及腐乳通菜可選,平日較少食通菜,翠綠外表,絕無添加,再附上鹹香腐乳,入口索索聲,美味。食完飯再嘆番杯香滑熱奶茶 (+$9),真係賞心樂事!

餐廳位於深水埗鄰近地鐵站主打的,就是充滿香港特色的美食。蝦籽撈幼麵配崩沙腩,麵條口感柔軟,與蝦籽一起,融合了海鮮和牛肉的風味,讓整道菜色非常豐富。而崩沙腩則是選用了牛肉腩位,經過特殊的處理,肉質更加鮮嫩多汁,口感豐富,而且有著濃郁的肉香味。鹹檸七帶有一種特別風味,檸檬的酸味和咸味非常恰到好處,讓整個飲品非常爽口。酥炸雲吞,雲吞非常酥脆,外皮炸得非常金黃酥脆,內餡則是用豬肉和蝦仁製作,口感鮮美豐富。配上一些甜辣醬汁,更是讓整個菜色更加美味可口。
