又到暑假,梗係去旅行嘅季節啦。所以今日同朋友去左中上環一帶唱錢,順便係附揾間餐廳醫下肚仔!聽講呢間餐廳嘅清湯腩好出名,所以就黎試下。我同朋友下午1點左右去到餐廳,可能係附近啲寫字樓嘅放lunch時間,所以餐廳出面都有唔少上班族排長龍。不過餐廳安排座位嘅方法好好,我同朋友等左10分鐘左右就入得。朋友叫左碗清湯腩牛肚麵,一上枱已經聞到好香牛腩味。牛肚入味又唔韌,清湯腩唔會太老,湯底配上腩汁,食落好好味。唯一有一樣美中不足嘅係我地都覺得麵量比較少,肚餓嘅朋友建議可以叫河粉。我就叫左碗清湯腩牛筋河,一上枱望落湯底會比朋友果碗淺色,以為會無咁入味,點知飲左一啖發現湯底依舊濃郁。午筋咬落有少少痴牙嘅感覺,係啖啖嘅骨膠原!😍牛腩唔洗講啦,入味唔老。 加少少辣椒油,簡直係絕配!店鋪重少唔同小食,聽講煎魚餅都好唔錯,有興趣可以去試下! continue reading

每次經過生記清湯牛腩都大排長龍,成日都想試一下 今日適逢lunchtime過後先去 所以就比較人少啲 唔需要等位 咁我梗係即刻入去嗌翻碗牛腩河啦!睇圖都知道份量就一定唔夠我食嫁啦,我唸一位女仕食都只係剛剛好夠姐味道方面呢 清湯就真係清湯 無乜味!而咁樣牛腩就變得好出個味 形成強烈對比 牛腩有啲根位 但唔會話好un 都咬得開既 牛腩唔算係好好食 中中即水準啦,聽到旁邊有人嗌爽腩先知道有得嗌爽腩相信會好食一點河粉正正常常啦!總結,綜合以上價錢味道環境 如果唔洗排隊既可以試下既 continue reading

I had noticed there were constant queues outside this shop, and so decided to see what the hype is all about. And by default, ordered a classic beef and tendon rice noodle. Unfortunately, it was not even up to par, even after accounting for an above average expectation. The cut of the beef was fatty with few meat and was not soft to bite (it was relatively chewy). The tendon although was soft, which is great, was not flavorful, maybe due to insufficient time soaking in broth. The chilli paste was sinewy rather than the classic flakey variant (Chiu Chow). All in all, not worth your time. Perhaps people are queuing for the fish belly congee, as everyone on my table ordered that instead of the noodles. If you want to try a good beef rice noodle, pick another shop. continue reading
