今日去開西灣河,見到呢間生煎包舖頭依然屹立不倒,七年前我喺西灣河返工已經存在,既然係咁就入去試吓佢嘅生煎包係咪真係咁好食,可能餐廳已經好多年,所以入邊嘅環境同衛生情況就一般般,招牌生煎菜肉包$28 ,生煎包嘅面同底煎到脆卜卜,但係一啲都唔會油膩,坊間嘅油淋淋生煎包見到都唔想食,因為一放落口全都是油,放生煎包嘅鐵煲預先加熱,上面再放上韭菜同芽菜,生煎包再放到最上面,成件事變到好精緻,而且生煎包好大個,食得出生煎包係自家製,因為入邊嘅菜肉餡好新鮮,而且仲好Juice,生煎包的而且確很不錯

食物味道係好的,全都大大件好味。不過內部環境例如玻璃窗、地下等真的需要大清潔,比較污糟。最滿意是叉燒包,其他店的包多數癡牙,叉燒一係肥膏多一係醬汁太多,這兒完全無這些問題,是很高質的叉燒包。鮮蝦春卷即叫即炸,非常香脆,蝦仁彈牙新鮮。金銀蛋浸時蔬就最抵食,大堆頭,食唔晒。反而那個招牌生煎菜肉包就普通,外皮較厚,包底不脆,菜肉餡普通,它用小鍋上枱,鍋底鋪滿洋葱條,這些洋蔥應該只係為了防癡底,食唔到的,因為大生又無味。

服務態度勁差!亂!價錢係實惠,不過都唔想俾錢買難受!!冇下次!

事件:
今日同屋企人一齊諗住去幫襯,去到拎籌之後,被告知前面有五張枱,我同屋企人就企喺樓梯側邊,或喺門口等候。

係等候的過程中,發現有幾檯客人打尖,明明比我哋仲要晏來,籌號亦都排喺我哋後邊,見到職員喺度執枱就乘機坐落去。

令我最憤怒的係:職員冇阻止,亦冇要求出示籌號!!!!!難道職員唔知道出邊有好多人喺度等嗌籌咩?
咁即係點呀?黑人問號

跟住我就搵職員理論,有個女人行埋嚟,係做收銀&樓面類,我認得佢,問佢點解唔跟籌號嗌檯,佢竟然答我唔知道,真係搞笑了

試問間餐廳點解要派籌??

先來一口, 皮料很煙韌, 而餡料很熱, 只能先咬一小口. 
椰菜豬肉餡鮮甜, 餡料釋出的精華, 都滲至皮料邊緣, 變得糊糊的. 
只有即點即造的包點, 才會出現這糊糊的邊界. 
不過真是很熱. 
由於自己喜歡食蔥, 就把鍋內的青蔥都攝入餡料裡, 以其熱加帶出蔥的香味. 

慢慢食呀食, 最後將三個生煎包都消滅了.  
真係好飽!!!   
Other Info. : 招牌生煎菜肉包&豬膶腸粉好好味, 不過真係要等廿分鐘! 假如趕時間, 就真係要諗下先!

我第一次光顧這間點心店。之前一直都想試一試。因為我本人很喜歡吃點心。但因工作忙碌的關係,無法約朋友慢慢品茗。所以經常都係一個人去點心尊門店食一盅兩件就足夠。但因本人從小家貧。所以食點心的選擇都偏向價廉路線。西灣河這附近有很多外賣點心店。這確實係一件對不太喜歡食西餐的朋友的一個好選擇。因為香港對食都好多元化。說回經歷:今日有時間,所以就來到這裡光顧試味。一入門口發覺還要上幾級樓梯才到食堂。這樣就會更保障消費者的私密唔會被打擾。上到去其實食客唔多。老人家會比較多。這個是香港中式餐飲的慣性。年輕一輩多要求快。所以這種點心店未必適合年輕人口味。今次點了二款食物。因為今天是星期日,所以每款食物其實都要加一蚊,才是正確價錢。老實講句我覺得價錢係偏高。雖然唔需要收加一,但如果食物價錢唔平。其實都係羊毛出在羊身上。唔找排骨飯很高質。飯底夠多。姐姐會主動問你要唔要豉油,豉油很好味,唔會太咸。排骨和鳳爪都唔少,一個人食剛剛好。$27都算正常價俾某些點心更平。值得一試。但食完後發覺唔係太夠。所以點多一款,本人喜歡食腐皮卷。所以就試一試。不過我很後悔。今次吃了接近$60蚊。一個人來說都唔算平。何況這裡只是街坊

雖然以生煎包做賣點,不過我哋選擇佢嘅原因係“抵食”,係喺呢一帶來講,適合一家老幼,平得來又食得飽嘅好選擇。呢間嘅點心最令人羨慕嘅 係大大件,材料充足,出爐熱辣辣,各位要小心睇熱呀~燒賣與茶杯嘅對比圖,入面嘅鮮蝦都係大大粒。小籠包嘅水準麻麻,剛上檯就要趁熱夾,如果唔係黏住張紙就會爆開食唔到啲湯汁精華。珍珠雞嘅size就比較迷你,入面嘅鹹有蛋黃、瘦肉雞肉同菇,香口。蝦餃都係大大粒,其他都係一般貨色。叉燒腸係即叫即整,叉燒淋身,粉皮滑身,配埋豉油味道剛剛好。蒸飯嘅份量亦不俗。呢個韭菜餃每次都會叫,啲湯都好甜,特別係個水餃,好大粒,入面有韭菜瘦肉。一個匙羹都裝唔晒一粒水餃除咗以上咁多冇乜特別嘅點心菜式,間舖仲有手工嘢,傳統嘅炸蛋散都係即叫即製,香脆又懷舊。
