今晚walk-in 去食晚飯, 去到差唔多成8點半, 全場爆滿,好彩有一枱走,等咗5分鐘就有位。本來要搭枱,結果4個人霸咗成張枱。叫咗山葵豬手、胡椒豬肚湯、椒絲腐乳通菜,另外見到侍應拎住個豬頸肉魚麵好正,所以叫埋。等咗半個鐘先來第一味餸,問侍應原來得一個廚。先來山葵豬手,少少恭鼻又唔太濃味, 豬手淋, 好味之後到胡椒豬肚湯,例牌都夠8-10人飲, 我地4個人每人飲咗3碗,可惜胡椒味唔夠,味菜同豬肚就唔錯。椒絲腐乳通菜同豬頸肉魚麵都偏咸,其實個魚麵好食,煙煙un un,但賓在太咸野食好大碟,食唔唒。其實仲有好多野想試,下次多D人可以試多D另外其實好想飲豬肺湯,但同行朋友唔食豬肺,惟有等下次 continue reading

朋友在新加坡返黎 話要食地道小炒 友人推介太子珠江酒家~ 一於訂枱試下!環境比較舊和迫 坐得唔太舒服~ 菜式好多 眼花撩亂!涼拌花甲 必食!賣相幾靚架!四川風味 辣汁幾香 伴有爽口青瓜 花甲算肥美 但間中有幾隻有點腥和有沙。金沙黃金鮮魷 咸蛋黃的部分做得不錯 但魷魚唔新鮮 冇爽口彈牙 所以浪費了個'金沙黃金'做得咁好。椒鹽九肚魚 做得不錯 炸粉唔會太口 幾惹味 九肚魚幾滑幾新鮮。避風塘鮮淮山 反而呢味既淮山 炸粉太厚 淮山好硬 而且偏咸!炸大腸 好食! 外脆內軟 洗得乾淨 沾上一點酸汁 好味!豬油渣炒通菜 太咸了 而且好油膩!豉油皇炒麵 見到枱枱都食 我們都唔執輸。炒粗麵 比較少見 豉油味幾香 麵亦炒得幾乾身 都算不錯的~朋友幾滿意 我自己就覺得口味偏濃和油膩 只可以間中食一次~ continue reading

-行八人,早於三星期電話訂枱,訂咗六點半,入到店內,上了2/F, 有椅背嘅櫈。滿意,唔該!先嚟兩支大啤: 藍妺、獅威、青島,咁...... 兩支獅威。本少爺食咗💊病病哋,只能夠望到當飲咗。😟叫了金銀蛋蒸勝瓜 (皮蛋好食,但略鹹。)麵豉油渣蒸魽魚🐟 (未食過呢個菜式,好特別,魽魚好滑,正😛)椒絲腐乳通菜 (無乜特別)黄金墨魚咀🐙(好鬆化,送酒-流)蠔仔粥 (唔錯)枚然豬肘骨🐖 (肉稔,唔黏牙!)大豆芽鵝腸 (腸有膏,好食。)豉椒炒蜆 (-般,殼多過肉,肉un)香港而家越來越少呢類懷舊店鋪。保留了好多懷舊菜式,而且店店新鮮熱辣奉上,實在難得,支持。下次再食過。 continue reading

同大家講段古,我阿嫲,如果無數錯今年已經98歲了。她喜歡把頭發盤起在頭上,然後用筷子插住當發計。記得有一次返鄉下。很早,天未光阿嫲就拿回一袋豬雜回來…小時候的我分不清裡面是什麼,最記得的是那種鮮味⋯⋯一世難忘,可惜,從那時到現在再食不回那種味道了,今天忽然再想起,係因為食到這個菜難得尋回那些年的味道,這是不可多得的,自不然要試下其他菜式,看能否更進一步懷念下阿嫲味道無錯,雖然那時候,阿嫲無做這菜式,但這金黃的外表,放入口翠香的味道,慢慢嚼再慢慢散發,直至香味佈滿成個口,包括牙縫,舌尖,嘴角…此時好想喝一小口啤酒。無錯,記得那時候,阿嫲每餐食飯必須有一個小酒杯,一邊喝酒一邊食飯。海鮮不用多說,水凖還是一流。不過蠔仔的鮮味在我心中無論如何也敵不過阿嫲煮的鮮。生蠔就是啖啖的肉,令我再次陶醉其中。今晚,不知為何,總是想起往事,想起已經98歲的阿嫲,其實阿嫲已經仙遊了,但今日可以食返當年阿嫲煮的味道,心滿意足也。 continue reading

晚餐-太子珠江酒家。老店裝修,味道火喉十分,大部分餸菜都有一陣咸蝦味,其實是十分美味。黃金🐙咀,大大粒,送🍻一流。就咁食得多,有點膩。潮式蠔爽,很美味,又一陣咸蝦味😂不停食完一粒又一粒。西芹淮山藕片,爽,中和返🐙咀既油膩,2位友人都唔食西芹,幾乎我全包了。胡椒豬肚湯,超重胡椒,驅寒不錯,但豬肚未算爽脆,有陣so味。 煎肉餅,好滯, 已經食不下了😂試左少少,好膩😂😂 普遍這家味道是很不錯的,如果要選大中華或者珠江,我會選擇後者。食完返到屋企,超級口渴,不知是否味噌太重😂是日4餸1湯2支青島 166元/位 嘗可接受 continue reading
