公司附近發現咗間新開嘅餐廳,主打食牛麵,本身我心諗特登開一間做沙嗲牛肉麵嘅餐廳,明明係港式個喎,但係個裝修一啲都唔似,入到去有少少台灣風格,一場嚟到梗係要試吓啲牛肉啦沙嗲肥牛麵沙嗲肥牛麵可以揀唔同靚底,有日本拉麵,出前一丁同台灣幼麵,先試下日本拉麵,吸汁正d, 每款主菜都可以揀啲小食,平啲加錢,所以我加咗避風塘炸雞中翼(2隻)同溏心蛋,下午茶時間仲送嘢飲,揀左薑母茶,嘢食份量唔錯,原本個面都有半隻蛋,不過糖心蛋襯返日式拉麵正啲,雞中翼脆皮,明明係港式嘅沙嗲牛麵都有啲日式風味另外一個餐牌推薦手工沙嗲手切牛肉沾麵(火鍋) , 沾麵本身已經幾特別,仲要係火鍋模式,真係要試吓,湯底濃郁得來又唔會死鹹,仲可以有得再加牛肉,對於食肉獸嚟講啱晒,嘢飲揀咗桂花茶,茶入面仲有啲杞子,清香嘅桂花味好啱食完咁濃味嘅湯底解膩,當然仲要加啲小食啦,涼拌台灣百頁豆腐,溏心蛋同炸花枝丸(4粒)想特別講吓個百頁豆腐,平時對呢個豆腐冇乜感覺都係係咁意食吓,不過呢度嘅百頁豆腐口感Q彈,配上嘅醬汁微辣,勁好食,大推,真係食完忍唔住再叫多一份另外見佢咁多小食就再叫咗 鹽酥雞同麻辣貓耳朵(雲耳),嚟呢度簡直好似去咗台灣夜市,咁樣係咁叫,兩個人食到捧住個肚人均都係百幾蚊,抵食呀 continue reading

今日黎左尖沙咀食dinner,見到呢間餐廳,主打沙嗲湯。平時都好鐘意沙嗲湯既我,就入左去。手工沙嗲手切牛肉沾面呢個配搭幾新鮮,所以就叫黎試下。手切牛肉係用左吊龍既部位,牛肉味道鮮甜、濃郁且滑嫩,口感帶嚼勁! 沙嗲濃湯口感濃郁而且帶有鮮甜既鹹味,另外花生味都好突出。沾面係用左日式拉面底,都幾掛汁。沙嗲厚切香茅豬扒面香茅豬扒勁大塊! 而且仲有蔥油係面,豬扒多汁,味道醃製得恰到好處。呢到既小食同樣出色,而且跟餐叫仲好抵食! 涼拌台灣百頁豆腐個汁甜甜辣辣好好食。風沙雞翼外皮好脆口,入面好多汁。炸蝦扒比起平時食到既外皮更加酥脆! 野飲方面即使係熱飲都好多選擇,叫左個桂花茶,好清香。 continue reading

🌧️黄雨算什么?两个吃货红雨都不怕!下班的时候还风平浪静,约好在尖沙咀找家小店盲吃,刚点好居然开始狂风暴雨!居然还有冰雹…还好有这碗「鲜番茄汤牛肉+牛筋丸面」!简直就是暴雨天的comfort zone门口木质暖光,配上冒着热气的浓汤番茄牛肉面,治愈食堂feel✨🍜鲜番茄汤牛肉牛筋丸面先喝口浓厚的鲜番茄煮制的汤底,🍅满满的番茄味,再来一口鲜嫩的牛肉,再加上会爆汁的牛筋丸!搭配挂汁面条🍜 好入味,每根面条缝隙里都吸满番茄肉香,酸中带甜却不腻~再加配碟碟小菜🥗,边聊天边吃着小菜,每一会就暴雨转小雨,八卦也讲完,慢慢走到地铁站,班味也彻底消失了 continue reading

今日落雨想出街食飯,經過尖沙咀,見到間舖食手切牛肉好似好好味就入去試下。叫左手工沙嗲手切牛肉沾麵火鍋係招牌,牛肉有牛肉味而且鮮嫩,入口即化,沙嗲湯底濃郁香辣,帶點花生香,配上彈牙嘅沾麵,簡直係完美組合,每啖都令人滿足。金牌沙嗲蘿蔔更加係亮點,蘿蔔爽脆,吸滿沙嗲湯汁,甜中帶辣,食到停唔下來。瑞士汁雞中翼燴得入味,雞皮香脆,肉質嫩滑,甜甜嘅瑞士汁同雞翼好夾,令人一試難忘。涼拌台灣百頁豆腐清新開胃,豆腐吸晒醬汁,爽口又惹味,夏天食特別醒胃。麻辣貓耳朵(雲耳)夠麻夠辣,雲耳爽脆,調味恰到好處,係麻辣控嘅心頭好。鮮番茄湯手切牛肉牛筋丸出前一丁係另一驚喜,番茄湯底酸甜清新,牛肉同牛筋丸鮮嫩彈牙,出前一丁麵條吸滿湯汁,食落好有層次。蠔油生菜簡單但出色,生菜保持爽脆,蠔油香氣濃郁,健康又美味。飲品方面,桂花茶清香撲鼻,帶點花香甜味,解膩一流;無糖白桃烏龍清爽,桃香同烏龍茶好平衡,飲落好舒服。 continue reading
