For an all-you-can-eat restaurant at this price point, the service was quite slow in bringing out the dishes and meat. Not only did they fail to serve all the meat we ordered, but the meat itself was tough and had a slight unpleasant smell. The soup base was just average, nothing particularly tasty. At this price range, I’d rather go to Haidilao for a better experience.Moreover, most of the staff had a poor attitude toward foreign customers. They kept urging us to pay the bill even before our time was up, insisting that we had to settle the bill before continuing to eat. However, they didn’t do the same to the local customers sitting next to us. This kind of differential treatment made the experience particularly unpleasant.The restaurant was more than half empty, so I really don’t understand why they were in such a rush. We didn’t overstay our time limit, nor did we go to get more food. They were slow in bringing out the hot pot, slow in serving the meat, and yet they rushed us to pay midway through the meal, wasting a lot of our dining time. It’s supposed to be an all-you-can-eat meal, but we ended up leaving unsatisfied.
