一個人蹓躂至旺角火車站一帶，舉頭看到一個喚作"牛下真好味"的招牌，賣的是小食鹵味一類的東西。再想起"牛下"這一詞，馬上便回憶起舊牛下邨未遷折前的美好時光。我想這店子的前身應是屬從前在舊邨開的其中一份子吧....看到放在門口的鹵味櫃，點了我至愛的豬頭肉及牛舌各一串，用來過過嘴癮也未嚐不可....前者不錯是很脆爽但那皮的色澤橙橙的卻令人有些倒胃感覺，就像那些可怕的"染色體"一般；至於牛舌則硬韌得要命且蠻粗嚡至咬到成口渣，實在糟糕....甜醬料似乎是唯一較像樣的....這不是很悲哀嗎 ?看來要吃好的，唯有要跑到肥媽那裡好了....…Read More

這一天，在附近吃過午餐後，路過染布房街，剛好見到這間應該不是開了多久的小食店，售賣的是與名店「肥媽」大同小異的鹵水街頭小食，看樣子，店子的小吃都擺放整齊有致，環境也算乾淨清潔，便饞嘴地叫來一串「鹵水豬脷」就在店子前面站著吃。這「鹵水豬脷」口感較硬，不夠軟腍，味道普通，也不太突出，不過下了甜醬之後，還算可以，涼涼的豬舌頭，過過口癮，只需$8，收貨了吧！…Read More
