2020年的上半年,最想做的當然是外遊,台灣,每年必去的地方,我懷念了。懷念夜市,懷念珍珠奶茶等各樣美食....滷味是到當地夜市必吃的小吃之一,各種各樣的肉類/ 蔬菜類等等隨意配搭,多與少自行選擇走到銅鑼灣的燈龍街,找到了燈籠滷味,立刻有沖動排隊進餐,店內播著國語歌,頓時彷彿穿越到台北一樣燈籠滷味的食材是即叫即點,是台式車仔麵,當然是可以點淨餸食材清晰可見,乾淨衛生台式店當然要喝一杯黑糖珍珠奶綠,甜度及冰塊分別可以選擇,珍珠入口溫暖,本身黑珍珠已經被糖水包含著,所以我選擇了半糖,甜度是剛則好到了主食,點了冬粉,就是粉絲,它是完全能吸味,吸了所有配菜的味道,湯底沒有太多,麵當中加入了酸菜 ,令整體甜甜酸酸,好開胃一塊一塊的大豆皮,浸在有滷水汁的湯底內,入口唔會乾,好吸味,必點一條條長條形的鴨血,夾著也不會散開,同樣也吸著滷水的味道蘋果鹽酥雞,每一粒都好香脆,炸粉唔會太厚,旁邊有數片九層塔及薄蘋果片,前者我是跟鹽酥雞混著一起吃,味道獨特,滿滿台式風味,至於蘋果片是最後再吃吧

最後當然唔少得試埋佢個芋圓啦,滿滿一碗好多唔同嘅配料,有珍珠啦紅豆啦,同埋另外加咗仙草,因為我太鍾意食仙草,所以不能少。不過佢哋個底唔係用碎冰,而係用咗茶餐廳嘢飲嗰啲一粒粒冰,成件事好影響觀感。不過佢啲芋圓都真係好好食,食到有香芋同埋番薯肉,唔會太韌,好似嚼香口膠咁。

朝聖人氣台灣車仔麵!最近有間主打台灣風滷味車仔麵夠敢響疫市開店之餘仲可以做到大排長龍,實在夠哂霸氣!.除咗因為而家冇得飛台灣總算可以止下台灣癮,仲有價錢唔算貴,大部分餸都係十蚊左右,當隔離間港式車仔麵嘅三餸麵都係賣四十幾蚊,一樣價錢咁滯我食間新嘢唔好?.當晚同朋友每一個三餸都再加小食,當中不乏台式餸料例如鴨血同甜不辣等,餸料質素亦頗高,冇乜邊樣係會覺得差,麵類亦有冬粉同王子麵等可以揀,而且好鐘意佢地個麵走半撈麵形式,有少少濃湯汁撈麵超正.小食方面台灣腸夾生蒜片夠香口;鹽酥雞望落好似幾細粒但食起嚟好邪惡好正,仲有爽口蘋果片解膩;不過最估唔到係個填肚用滷肉飯竟然會成為整晚亮點,當前排響間高級台菜店食近一嚿水然後俾朋友稱為呃遊客級嘅廢渣滷肉飯之外,呢間真心上咗天堂,果浸滲滿每粒飯嘅油脂感同香料感,令我好似返咗台灣咁,論味道未算頂級但係可以話係真台灣風值得一試

除咗因為而家冇得飛台灣總算可以止下台灣癮,仲有價錢唔算貴,大部分餸都係十蚊左右,當隔離間港式車仔麵嘅三餸麵都係賣四十幾蚊,一樣價錢咁滯我食間新嘢唔好?

當晚同朋友每一個三餸都再加小食,當中不乏台式餸料例如鴨血同甜不辣等,餸料質素亦頗高,冇乜邊樣係會覺得差,麵類亦有冬粉同王子麵等可以揀,而且好鐘意佢地個麵走半撈麵形式,有少少濃湯汁撈麵超正

小食方面台灣腸夾生蒜片夠香口;鹽酥雞望落好似幾細粒但食起嚟好邪惡好正,仲有爽口蘋果片解膩;不過最估唔到係個填肚用滷肉飯竟然會成為整晚亮點,當前排響間高級台菜店食近一嚿水然後俾朋友稱為呃遊客級嘅廢渣滷肉飯之外,呢間真心上咗天堂,果浸滲滿每粒飯嘅油脂感同香料感,令我好似返咗台灣咁,論味道未算頂級但係可以話係真台灣風值得一試

現在去不了台灣,很掛念台灣美食,幸好香港有不少選擇。位於銅鑼灣的燈籠滷味,新開張不久,夜晚排隊人龍都幾長。好似車仔麵選擇水蜜桃綠茶 $20,選了無糖,水蜜桃帶少甜,剛好,配綠茶不錯。冷泡桂花烏龍 $18,無甜夠健康,茶味清香。燈籠滷味是熱食的滷味,配上麵底,是台式車仔麵。香炸花枝丸拼貢丸 $28花枝丸好彈牙,包著大大粒花枝。這個湯很少,似撈麵王子麵,好似公仔麵彈牙,麵身較幼,易掛湯,味道較濃,重口味餸選了吸湯汁的百頁豆腐、入味的雞翼、彈牙的甜不辣,美味。而我的是稻庭烏龍麵,質感好滑,似烏冬,相對不會太濃味,較適合我口味。而餸是爽口的豬耳、雞腎,吸湯的大豆皮。除了滷味,還有滷肉飯、蛋餅等選擇,下次可以試試。

而我的是稻庭烏龍麵,質感好滑,似烏冬,相對不會太濃味,較適合我口味。
而餸是爽口的豬耳、雞腎,吸湯的大豆皮。

除了滷味,還有滷肉飯、蛋餅等選擇,下次可以試試。

今晚同朋友黎到呢間長隊店食晚餐,排左成個鐘先有位。我地分別叫左三個唔同既配搭,再加一個綜合芋圓加仙草。飲品分別叫左黑糖珍珠奶綠、紅茶豆漿、冷泡桂花烏龍。王子麵配百頁豆腐、高麗菜、彈牙貢丸。王子麵好鹹又好乾,百頁豆腐口感似啫喱,高麗菜正常,貢丸冇特別彈牙。冬粉配大腸、白蘿蔔。冬粉都偏鹹,因為汁鹹。白蘿蔔有幾舊係苦既,唔入味。大腸正常。米線配豬腱肉、玉米荀、甜不辣。米線最好食,豬腱肉鞋既,玉米荀普通,甜不辣似年糕版魚餅。黑糖珍珠奶綠叫左半糖都好甜,特別係珍珠好甜又唔煙韌。紅茶豆漿正常,豆漿味比較出。冷泡桂花烏龍桂花味比較出,茶味比較淡。綜合芋圓加仙草係我食過最難食既,又硬又過甜,味道好怪,唔推薦。呢間食物好普通,份量又少,完全唔值得排隊去食,唔會再食。

我們點了王子麵及冬粉,很入味。食物很好食,不會過鹹,份量也多,特別喜歡烤腸。珍珠奶茶都好味。在中午後去,還有午市套餐,麵加飲品及小食,大約每人90元多。店員也有禮貌,上菜速度很快。但放在枱上自取的餐具有點污糟,在枱上放了個餐具架,內有筷子及湯匙。筷子是木製,還是竹製,但洗完未乾,有點濕。最可怕是湯匙,像是被用過的,上面有滷水汁及一些食物殘渣,看了大約4隻都是這樣,所以告訴店員,店員換了乾淨的給我們。
