好耐冇出深水埗食飯, 深水埗素來有平民美食天堂之美譽, 今晚揀咗間有生啤飲、有串燒食, 也可以食雞煲、打邊爐及食烤魚的食店 ~  烤吧31。窒外開放座位今天收5:00, 早食早享受, 食店裝修上復古的紅磚牆, 很RAW很舒服的視野。至於食品方面, 數十款即叫即燒串燒, 雞、魚、牛、豬、海鮮齊備, 多款烤魚可自由配湯底, 有辣有唔辣, 也有雞煲及打邊爐湯底, 藥膳牛骨湯底好吸引呢。烤吧當然少不了酒精, 除咗呢幾款啤酒, 還有好多其他牌子, 黑啤都有供應。鎖匙生啤 ($26)食串燒又怎能少了這杯生啤呢? beck's 品牌的生啤還是第一次飲, 麥味較濃厚, 幸好是生啤, 夠凍冰之餘, 口感清爽, 配濃味的串燒食物剛剛好。川味無骨鳳爪 ($38)香香辣辣, 佐酒一流。串燒推介 ;1. 燒白鱔 ~  白鱔出名油脂豐富, 燒得皮脆肉爽, 油香四溢。2. 雞泡魚乾 ~ 有點嚼口, 甜甜地烤汁, 日本居酒屋佐酒名物。3. 雞全翼 ~ 大大隻, 雞皮燒脆口, 雞肉香滑, 鹹香惹味。4. 燒新鮮天梯 ~ 天梯即猪的上颚, 出名爽口,  撒上椒鹽辣椒粉, 惹味非常。5. 臺灣腸 ~ 很久沒吃台灣香腸了, 烤香腸雖然唔健康, 卻是最無敵美味食品, 燒得脆皮肉汁香, 欲罷不能。6. 燒日本蕃薯仔 ~ 微甜, 軟糯, 美味又健康。7. 燒墨魚咀 ~  墨魚咀濕潤爽口, 撒上辣味粉才上檯, 香香辣辣, 飲酒良伴。8. 燒牛脷 ~  有啲似食緊牛肉乾感覺, 但就帶點爽, 略略燒過火咗少少, 如果改用厚切牛脷或燒烤時間短返啲, 牛脷應該帶點肉汁才是最好吃。墨魚咀濕潤爽口沙巴魚剁椒豆豉味 ($368) 另加配鮮腐竹、豆卜、萵筍、云耳 ($68)食店供應六款烤魚及五款湯底味道, 有辣有唔辣, 剁椒豆豉味坊間少有, 當然試這款新窩底。大量剁椒、豆豉及香芹, 沙巴魚原條煎香放烤爐, 好大條, 食極都仲有, 魚肉尚算嫩滑, 湯底滾久也不算辣, 辣味平和, 魚肉索汁後, 入口香辣鹹香, 有豆豉的鹹香, 豆卜實口, 鮮腐竹滑口, 索汁一流, 口感覺各有優點。如果食得落....其實都有啲想叫埋佢哋碟牛肉......用剁椒湯底打邊爐 continue reading

早幾日去深水埗探朋友,晚上朋友帶我去附近食烤魚,這店不是很大,但環境幾舒適,而且有戶外座位,對吸煙人士相當友好。蒜香酸菜炸江團魚,十分大盤,賣相亦很吸引,店員介紹江團魚很少魚骨,而且肉滑,所以就選了江團魚,果然非常少骨,小朋友食都不怕,肉質相當嫩滑,比想像中更好味,湯汁味道調校恰到好處,酸酸辣辣,又不會太辣,好正!秘製牛筒骨,比較特別,筒骨都好大條,鋪滿金香的蒜蓉,入口有香濃的蒜香,亦有骨髓的油香,幾惹味。烤生蠔,好大隻又飽滿,鋪上蒜蓉一齊烤,十分香,入口熱辣辣,非常軟滑,好香口,這個必定要試。燒田雞,原隻切開上,外型有點趣怪,肉質都幾嫩滑,燒得很香脆,但田雞不是很厚身,都幾美味。燒水魷超爽脆,味道不錯,值得一試。燒牛肉,肉質夠嫩,口感不錯,味道比較濃郁。燒墨魚嘴,都算大粒,脆中有軟,相當惹味,沒想到墨魚嘴是那麼好食,未食過的朋友必定要試試。 continue reading
