仲keep到傳統港式茶餐廳由細係花墟呢度食西多食到大西多有火腿架通常我呢排lunch黎親都食鴨湯飯如果鴨湯飯賣成曬, lunch都有好多其他好傳統既味菜火腩, 洋蔥豬等.....好多雀友會帶雀會友, 雅座仍有地方掛雀籠地方係幾迫因為好生意黎呢度係懷舊食味道如果你要求舒服衛生寧靜既話呢度未必適合你了我果日既鴨湯飯可惜地羶湯飯分開上, 有半個鴨頭加鴨腿 或 胸冬瓜冬菇。湯味濃郁我當日羶既係鴨腿份。第ㄧ次飲唔完個湯 continue reading

本人看了報紙的推介, 到了太子道西的濠苑試吃陳皮鴨腿湯飯.  到店時大約是12點15分,  此店很快便坐滿了.   陳皮鴨腿湯飯可算是一個懷舊功夫菜, 因為制作工序繁復.   這個陳皮鴨腿湯飯很好吃, 鴨肉煮得很柔軟嫩滑, 湯用冬瓜, 冬菇和陳年陳皮煮成的, 有陳皮的香味,  此湯有消暑的功效. 鴨肉和飯的份量很多, 非常好吃, 絕到是物超所值.   continue reading

細個成日同屋企人去酒樓食鴨腿湯飯,成日都好掛住陣味,可惜而家越黎越少有,可能酒樓都嫌功夫多又冇人食,所以唔賣。好耐之前睇左本雜誌介紹太子花墟附近有間茶餐廳每日限量賣唔知幾多盅古法陳皮鴨腿湯飯,即係想去試。早排終於一試,果然冇令我失望!餐廳格局都係一般舊式茶記,極多熟客。坐低叫左盅鴨腿湯飯,佢分開兩兜上,一兜係湯碗白飯,另一兜就係不銹鋼兜鴨腿湯飯!試左啖湯,好重陳皮芫茜味,之後將成碗湯倒入飯碗食,好滋味!鴨腿煲到淋晒,好香但係冇羶味,呢點好重要,帶羶味嘅鴨肉好難啃。夏天最好食湯飯,易入口,最後一個人差唔多食晒成兜飯!如果大家鍾意食鴨腿湯飯,記住去試下! continue reading

呢間野是回憶,是那些年會考過後下午茶的至愛回憶是美好的,同時呢塊炸豬扒都真係有料到架!外脆就有樣你睇,內鬆軟就真係要咬落去先feel到,仲要完全無梳打粉味,調味適中剛好,雖然成塊都炸但係食完都唔會覺得好油膩,完敗~幾熱氣都要食多兩舊!不過下面啲沙律就好一般,但係佢可以揀薯餅,應該會好味啲~西多張相就好靚,之但係佢宜家個內餡唔再用花生醬而轉左果jam,仲要係柚子味,sorry真係接受唔到,西多士絕對係要配花生醬架嘛!呢下真心失望左,不過佢都個包係炸得好味既,就算啦~都食晒。 continue reading
