週末和朋友到尖沙咀潮囍薈吃飯,氣氛熱鬧又滿足!一上桌的脆皮燒乳鴿讓大家驚喜,鴿皮烤得金黃酥脆,肉質嫩滑,蘸點梅子醬,味道更豐富。清蒸鱸魚是全場焦點,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,蔥油香氣撲鼻,幾個朋友搶得不亦樂乎。試了 XO 醬炒芥蘭,芥蘭爽脆,XO 醬的鮮辣提味,簡單卻好吃。瑤柱蛋白炒飯也很受歡迎,飯粒鬆散,瑤柱的鮮味融入其中,吃起來輕盈又滿足。另一道椒鹽蝦外酥內彈,椒鹽調味香而不膩,連蝦殼都忍不住咬一口。甜品點了芒果布甸,口感軟滑,芒果香濃,清甜不膩,大家都吃得開心。潮囍薈的圍菜份量足,味道地道,適合朋友聚會時慢慢分享,期待下次再來! continue reading

這天公司吃飯,在尖沙咀The ONE的潮囍薈訂了兩圍。開胃的鹽焗雞皮脆肉嫩,雞肉鮮香,淡淡的鹽味讓人一口接一口。清蒸鱸魚是亮點,魚肉細膩,蒸得恰到好處,淋上蔥油和豉汁,鮮味完全釋放。瑤柱蛋白炒飯也很出色,飯粒分明,瑤柱的鮮香融入每粒米飯,輕盈不油膩。試了豉汁排骨,醬汁濃郁,排骨燜得軟嫩入味,連骨頭邊的肉都好吃。另一道白灼芥蘭爽脆多汁,蒜蓉調味簡單卻提鮮,作為配菜很稱職。甜品選了楊枝甘露,芒果香甜,配上西米和柚。這裡夜景很美,很適合打卡。 continue reading

最近同屋企人去咗The ONE囍薈食飯,點咗一桌經典粵菜,試咗佢哋嘅乳豬、龍蝦伊麵、咕嚕肉菠蘿、金沙涼瓜、蒸魚、魚肚同菜、燒鵝同炒飯。整體而言,呢餐飯真係令人滿足,無論係味道定係擺盤都好有心思,充滿咗傳統粵菜嘅精髓,同時又有少少創意嘅驚喜。1. 乳豬:皮脆肉嫩嘅經典之選一上枱嘅乳豬真係驚艷咗我哋,成隻乳豬連頭連尾,皮烤得金黃酥脆,油光發亮,切好嘅一片片整齊排列,旁邊仲有兩小碟醬汁,應該係豉油同甜醬。皮咬落去「啪啪」響,脆到不得了,下面嘅肉質嫩滑多汁,肥瘦適中,完全唔會覺得油膩。配上微鹹嘅豉油同甜醬,味道更加豐富,係一道好正宗嘅粵式燒味,值得一試!2. 龍蝦伊麵:濃郁鮮甜嘅海鮮享受龍蝦伊麵係另一道亮點,成隻龍蝦好大隻,肉質結實彈牙,伊麵吸滿咗濃郁嘅湯汁,入口滑溜又充滿奶香。旁邊仲有青翠嘅西蘭花點綴,色澤鮮艷,增添咗清新嘅口感。湯汁略為濃稠,應該係用咗高湯同奶油調製,龍蝦嘅鮮甜完全融入其中,每一口都係享受。唯一小小嘅建議係龍蝦可以再多啲肉,會更加滿足。3. 咕嚕肉菠蘿:酸甜開胃嘅經典搭配咕嚕肉菠蘿嘅賣相好吸引,橙紅色嘅咕嚕醬均勻地包裹住每件肉,仲有青椒、紅椒同菠蘿丁,色彩繽紛,令人食慾大開。肉質外脆內嫩,咬落去有啲微脆嘅口感,咕嚕醬酸甜得宜,唔會太膩,菠蘿嘅清甜同醬汁好match,食落好開胃。一旁嘅菠蘿片切得整齊,食完咕嚕肉再食啲菠蘿,清新解膩,設計得好貼心。4. 金沙涼瓜:創意與傳統嘅碰撞金沙涼瓜係一道比較特別嘅菜式,涼瓜切成小段,裹上金沙(鹹蛋黃)炸到金黃酥脆,外面酥香,裡面保持咗涼瓜嘅爽脆同清甜。鹹蛋黃嘅濃香同涼瓜嘅清新形成咗好大嘅對比,食落唔單止有層次,仲好開胃。呢道菜將傳統嘅涼瓜用創意嘅做法呈現,令人眼前一亮,係一道好值得推介嘅小食。5. 蒸魚:清鮮嫩滑嘅極致蒸魚用咗一條好大嘅魚,應該係鱸魚,魚頭魚尾都保留,蒸得啱啱好,魚肉嫩滑得入口即化。魚身上鋪滿咗蔥絲,淋上熱油同豉油,香氣撲鼻。魚肉本身好鮮甜,完全唔腥,豉油汁帶點鹹香,將魚嘅鮮味提升咗好多。呢道蒸魚簡單但功架十足,係粵菜中嘅經典之作,食得出廚師嘅用心。6. 魚肚同菜:濃湯滋補嘅溫暖滋味魚肚同菜用咗一碗濃湯呈現,魚肚切成大塊,浸喺奶白色嘅湯汁中,旁邊有青翠嘅菜心、胡蘿蔔絲同冬菇絲,色澤清新又養眼。魚肚入口軟糯,充滿膠質,湯汁濃郁,應該係用咗高湯慢火熬製,帶有淡淡嘅鮮甜味,飲落好滋補。菜心爽脆,平衡咗魚肚嘅濃厚口感,呢道菜好適合秋冬食,暖胃又養生。7. 燒鵝:濃香多汁嘅燒味之王燒鵝係另一道燒味亮點,切好嘅燒鵝片整齊排列,皮烤得深褐色,油光發亮,肉質嫩滑多汁,肥瘦比例啱啱好。特別一提係佢點綴咗一啲蜜餞,應該係話梅,食落去甜甜酸酸,解咗燒鵝嘅油膩感,味道更有層次。燒鵝嘅皮脆肉香,醬汁濃郁,係一道好正宗嘅粵式燒鵝,食完真係回味無窮。8. 炒飯:粒粒分明嘅完美收尾最後嘅炒飯係一道好出色嘅主食,飯粒粒粒分明,炒得乾爽唔油膩,加入咗蝦仁、青椒同蛋絲,色澤金黃,香氣四溢。蝦仁彈牙鮮甜,青椒爽脆,蛋絲軟滑,每啖飯都好有層次。呢碗炒飯雖然簡單,但炒功一流,係一餐飯嘅完美收尾。總結The ONE囍薈嘅呢餐飯真係令人印象深刻,無論係傳統嘅乳豬、燒鵝,定係創意嘅金沙涼瓜,都展現咗粵菜嘅精髓同用心。菜式嘅味道同擺盤都好有水準,環境舒適,服務貼心,係一個好適合家庭聚會或者朋友聚餐嘅地方。如果要挑剔嘅話,可能係乳豬可以再多啲,但整體而言,呢餐飯真係物有所值,值得再黎! continue reading
