話說今日我係鰂魚涌附近工作,有朋友帶我去試吓呢間潮粉唔係佢帶我嚟呢間隱世美食,我都唔會經過,係巷仔入面的。一去到門口都有啲人排隊,我哋排咗大約十分鐘先有位。佢有好多選擇除咗啲大路嘢外,仲有銀針粉同淮山麵,都幾有驚喜。由於早餐食得太豐富所以lunch 唔想食得太heavy, 我就揀咗個牛坑腩菜底.牛腩軟硬度適中,唔算好淋,味道都係ok.個湯底有少少胡椒味,飲落都幾惹味。如果係食粉麵吸埋啲湯底應該再好食啲🤤 continue reading

估唔到係鰂魚涌有咁正既粉麵食係嘉榮大廈後巷行入黎,見到潮粉呢間鋪頭,入到黎小店裝修都幾靚,餐廳職員服務好。我揀左蝴蝶腩淮山麵蝴蝶腩唔係周圍有得食,據說係一隻豬自有一舊,食落去完全唔似食緊豬,以為自己食緊牛,淮山麵好滑好好食,湯底又清。朋友揀左招牌豬雜麵豬雜洗得好乾淨,乾淨程度真係媲美係屋企整得咁乾淨,又好食。最後揀左蜆芥鯪魚球、雞皮餃子鯪魚球好大粒,好新鮮。雞皮餃子就炸得岩岩好,$38蚊有5隻,好抵食。值得一讚係,店內職員態度好好,值得推介。 continue reading
